Malaria_Kidd Posted July 29, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 29, 2013 The Natural World now has Pete's Pond to view live in Africa. Live chatting is also next to the small screen. It's the dry season there. http://www.ustream.tv/petespond MK
Malaria_Kidd Posted March 16, 2014 Author #2 Share Posted March 16, 2014 The live camera is back on line! It's almost like being there without the concern a hungry African lion might be taking you for lunch!
coldethyl Posted March 19, 2014 #3 Share Posted March 19, 2014 That is really cool! I get stuck watching things like that for hours. Really neat the stuff you can see.
Malaria_Kidd Posted March 20, 2014 Author #4 Share Posted March 20, 2014 Glad you enjoyed those wildly enterprising unique individuals efforts for all to see. Solar power must be energizing the cams, but interestingly, the cams must pan around and zoom in and out from a pc far, far, away! P.S. I am a fan of Alice Cooper too. I listen nightly to Nights With Alice Cooper. We should send him the link to Pete's Pond.

That is the greatest radio program ever!
Malaria_Kidd Posted March 20, 2014 Author #6 Share Posted March 20, 2014 Dogged gone the luck! Four years back while traveling North and Southeast/west on long runs for auto parts (owner fined $1.2 billion). I searched mornings for The John Boy and Billy Big Show from NC, no luck! In the evenings and late nights I searched for Alice Cooper's cool radio program, no luck! Mr. Cooper is a wealth of rock n roll FYI and witty comments as you already know. Here's our local NWAC link and I would say you know how to catch him on line in other web venues. Midnight to 4 AM CST http://www.wabx.net Have a great day coldethyl and thanks for reenergizing Pete's Pond! Off to bed now as the dentist office in Fort Branch needs to see my front tooth at 4 PM.
coldethyl Posted March 20, 2014 #7 Share Posted March 20, 2014 We get John Boy and Billy but I prefer Bob and Tom which we don't get, lol. Can't win for losing! Good luck!
Malaria_Kidd Posted April 26, 2014 Author #8 Share Posted April 26, 2014 Many wildlife cams including Pete's Pond in Mashatu, Botswana..... http://www.wildearth.tv/cam/petes-pond A UM operative keeps deleting fresh updates without explaining why. That is so mysterious and just like Arnold said to the police station's desk sergeant in Terminator, "I'll be back!"
Still Waters Posted May 2, 2014 #9 Share Posted May 2, 2014 A UM operative keeps deleting fresh updates without explaining why. You haven't been posting fresh updates, three times now all you've done is copy & pasted the text from the source link - http://www.wildearth.tv/cam/petes-pond
Malaria_Kidd Posted May 2, 2014 Author #10 Share Posted May 2, 2014 Thank you for explaining "my inept action" so well, as that "whodunit" mystery comes to a conclusion. The former post (R.I.P) was a short bio pertinent to the thread not found at Pete's Pond. There would be no proper way to rewrite the piece, then giving the credit to Wild Earth cams, so win some, loose some.
