Simbi Laveau Posted July 31, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 31, 2013 hey. I'm getting a new phone ,and I will loss all my auto fill log in stuff. I don't for the life of me remember my password here. How can I retrieve it ,so I can log in on the new phone, without going through the logging out ,and needing help ? Can I retrieve it without logging out ? I am compiling a list of all my stuff with passwords ,for the new phone . Thanks
Jodie.Lynne Posted July 31, 2013 #2 Share Posted July 31, 2013 I don't think you can retrieve it, you'll have to pick a new one. I've learned to keep a log book for all my passwords to various sites.

I've learned to keep a log book for all my passwords to various sites. How annoying. My concern is ,I've heard of people not being able to get back in sometimes . Hrrrrr.... And well I haven't changed the phone in two years so ,auto fill has been my pal all this time. I forgot a lot .
Saru Posted August 1, 2013 #4 Share Posted August 1, 2013 You'll need to change your password before you switch phones. Go to My Settings > Email and Password and you can change it from there.
Simbi Laveau Posted August 2, 2013 Author #5 Share Posted August 2, 2013 You'll need to change your password before you switch phones. Go to My Settings > Email and Password and you can change it from there. This is the problem . You need to know the old password,to set the new one. I cannot remember it at all at this point ,so I can't change the password .
