Still Waters Posted August 22, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 22, 2013 These extraordinary pictures capture one of Britain's rarest animals - an albino squirrel. The red-eyed rodent was glimpsed by wildlife enthusiast Patrick Sullivan, 66, in a park near his home almost three months ago. But despite regularly stalking the woodland he was never able to capture the rare animal on camera. http://www.dailymail...ees-SUSSEX.html Not that rare I believe, but gorgeous all the same I think

Eldorado Posted August 22, 2013 #3 Share Posted August 22, 2013 Are albino critters socially excluded by their group? Anyone?
ReaperS_ParadoX Posted August 22, 2013 #4 Share Posted August 22, 2013 My guess is he wont live to long because he'll be easily spotted by predators
brlesq1 Posted August 23, 2013 #5 Share Posted August 23, 2013 Pretty little thing, isn't he? I've read that albinos are sometimes rejected by their own kind, including in some human cultures.
