Sweden and Denmark is the two countries that has fought the most wars between eachother in history. No less than 21 times.

But we haven't fought them since 1814 though. :innocent:

If You Could Extract All The Empty Space in Atoms Then The Entire Human Race Could Fit Inside The Space of a Sugar Cube -

Atoms are mostly empty space, in fact 99.9999% of an atom is actually empty with an example being that if somehow we were able to

squeeze out all of the empty space and leave just the protons, electrons and neutrons the whole of our race could fit into the size of a

sugar cube. The playwright Tom Stoppard had the best image saying that if the nucleus was a cathedral then the electron was a moth

flying around inside it.

The wonderful world of physics can also help us estimate the weight of that sugar cube, in general terms anyway. Since most of an

atoms mass is contained in its nucleus, and all we need to do is remove the empty space; we have not actually removed any weight

so it would be one very dense sugar cube indeed, estimated at about 316 million tons

Ancient Rome and Ancient Carthage never signed a peace treaty after the Romans seized and destroyed Carthage in 146 BC. In 1985 the mayors of modern Rome and Carthage signed a peace treaty and accompanying pact of friendship.

One of the reasons why the US didn't introduce the rank of field marshal during World war 2, was that one of the intended recipients was chief of staff George Marshall and he thought that field marshal Marshall sounded undignified.

It is commonly thought that World war 1 saw the first use of airplanes in warfare, but in fact the first reconnaisannce and bombing missions were flown by the Italians in the Italo-Turkish war of 1911-12.

On june 20 1941 Soviet acheologists exhumed the body of the Mongol conqueror Tamerlane and found an inscription that said ""Who ever opens my tomb, shall unleash an invader more terrible than I". Two days later the Germans invaded the Soviet Union.

He was then reburied in a traditional ceremony in November 1942. Shortly after that the Soviets defeated the Germans in the battle of Stalingrad !

It is physically impossible for pigs to look up into the sky

Why?

If they lay on their backs they could, surely.

Most left-handed people are more right-handed than right-handed people are left.

Yeah, but i think it implies that they can't look at the sky, while they're standing! Edited by FollowTheTrail

Pigs are very intelligent, why wouldn't one of them want to look at the sky and wonder?
