CyberKen

Recommended Posts

CNN Wolf Blitzer has changed his tune and evolved. He faced the truth about the ObamaCare Website.

It's not minor. The entire webpage is a disaster. Wolf Blitzer says lets follow the GOP/Tea Party

suggestion and Delay ObamaCare for 1 year. :tu:

Start over and make the webpage as stable as the Social Security Webpage.

post-142056-0-07305600-1381348972_thumb.

CNN made the list but we can all see who has the majority of eyeballs during Primetime.

This is the deal, if no one is getting it.

They want to keep delaying it, so whoever comes in in 2016 just gets rid of it before it started to take root, like strangle weed.

This is the bottom line. So any tactic to do it...

I am loathe to agree. It in by no means means I like the gop.

I hate both sides, as both sides are completely full of ****

Delay ObamaCare for 1 Year.

The website is a disaster.

It's a reasonable concession for Obama. Go ahead and throw in a CR to fund the government through December 15, 2013.

if you are going to be hung for a crime you did not do ,

it matters little that your found innocent ... two hours after your dead .

ACA is what is wrong with liberal democrats ...

they assume themselves to be smarter than every one else.

it is their right and responciblity to take care of the rest of us... but we pay the bill for their correction .

ACA is what is wrong with the GOP and the organized corprate political party.

they play the rights and freedoms of the citizen against the political power of the socialist for fame and profit .

the polictians of the gop have no more intrest in the rights of the citizen than the liberal DNC .

the tea party and the 99%ers have one common voice as out come. shut down the money going to washington .

if that means default and shut down the goverment ... so be it.

frankly speaking , there is nothing that the fedaral goverment does ... that can not be taken over by local services ...

if those localy will simply do it.

we can live with out a federal goverment for as long as the ACA is in the budget .

may i suggest . relax , do not push ... take a deep breath , light touch , firm grip , do not let go , do not control .

stand together or hang alone . when they turn the lights out... kick the door in and turn the lights back on .

then make sure you know who it was that ordered the lights turned off...

we need that person to be fired. any one that is not elected , needs to get fired and in meny cases.. they need to go to jail .

we do not want any one to die ... because we need to know how far up it goes , who gave the order , and who do we strip of every thing they will ever own , currently own , and owned before they played this game .

rules of pay back .

1) you make my life hard... i make your life short .

2) if you were voted in to office... you take out of office what you carried into office .

3) you never get what you paid for... and if is free ... you pay double .

4) if your getting a pay check ... the boss signs the check... the employee does what the boss tells them to do .

the boss wants to know what the hell you have been doing with all that tax money ... and telling us " i do not know"

is not going to cut it .

5) if you can create 50 trillion dollors with the press of a button... lets un-create 50 trillion dollors with a press of a button .

6) we have in our prison system some very clever embezzlers ... i suspect if we aimed them at all that off shore money

if only a few of them were not complete morons , they might even be able to get back enough money to fund the federal goverment and every other state , city and street light for the next 10 billion years.

( those that do not steal our money back... go back to prison ... value for value )

7) audit the federal reserve ... and lets shine a light into the dark rooms where the deals are made .

8) audit HUD ... ( where all the black money comes from )

Delaying ObamaCare for 1 Year will be a huge victory for Senator Ted Cruz and Senator Mike Lee. :tu:

It comes down to equal application of the law.

We are a Constitutional Republic AND a Nomocracy (which is the rule of law)

Nomocracy:

Rule by a government under the sovereignty of rational laws and civic right as opposed to one under theocratic systems of government. In a nomocracy, ultimate and final authority (sovereignty) exists in the law.

If they can give corporations a pass/delay, then the rule of law demands that everyone receive the same options. That is what the rule of law is all about, the great equalizer. It is what allows a voice for the many, the few and even the one. Not admitting the system is not ready for implementation and still demanding everyone participate is...to me...a solid form of arrogance by someone...refusing to admit they are mistaken.

If people want to log in, that is fine. If they choose give the gov (IRS, NSA, and all the others) all their sensitive information and have that connected to your IP address....fine, go for it. Best of luck with that.

It should be an option, not a requirement for at least a year.

Want to know why I think they are not doing it even though it is the right and legal thing to do? Because that will be one year closer to the elections. I think they know they are going to lose seats...

I suggest they amend this thing...if they don't, then it might just get repealed in 2014 or 2016. If they work together and amend it to make it functional and feasible...perhaps it will survive.

Jeremiah,

The fix is in. The 1 Year Delay on ObamaCare is a done deal. (Jon Stewart rolled right over Sebelius)

The short term CR is also a done deal.

The shutdown has become an albatross around Obamas neck. (Military Death Benefit Scandal)

We also have China and Japan pushing Obama to the table. They demand concrete measures to be taken.

They are just bickering over specific cuts brought forth Paul Ryan.

Expect an 11th hour Compromise just like the Sequester.

While I agree with you that law should be applied equally and fairly, is this the beef the Republicans in Congress have with the ACA which caused them to seek to have it delayed or defunded? Because that is not the impression I have got from what the media is reporting.

Additionally, that the various websites allowing access to the ACA/Exchanges are not yet stable is no basis for suggesting the whole Act should be delayed. You don't get rid of your car because the tyres are worn.

If the fourteenth amendment can be applied to corporations, then I demand to be registered in the Cayman Isles, for tax purposes.

The American people will be outraged if they get fined/taxed for not buying a product on an ObamaCare webpage that is - Out of Order-.

We all know the Republicans have their reasons for wanting a delay...it may or may not be based on the fair and equal application of law. To a point, that is actually irrelevant The reason or rational of equal rights and equal laws is good enough.

What is good for some must be good for all...

Is there alternative reasons? I'm sure there is...but they have a glaring and logical reason...go with it.

Peggy Noonan WSJ : Delay ObamaCare for 1 Year

Peggy was not impressed with the performance of HSS Kathleen Sebelius on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.

She said Sebelius sounded like a blithering idiot as she failed to justify why individuals cannot be granted a 1 year delay,

just as businesses have been.

I saw the Daily show interview...yeah, she had no logical reason to give businesses an option and not the people.

It seemed kinda obvious to me that they have no legitimate reason for shoving this down the throats of the citizens and not the corporations...aside from some glad handing and back room agreements.

Van Jones tried to divert attention away from ObamaCare on CNN. Senator Ted Cruz ran right over him.

The polling numbers are terrible for Obama right now.

You can certainly do so you know. Why have you not done this already if this is what you want?

The 14th does apply to corporations. Corporations are legally defined as "persons."

That sounds a lot like the movie " The Firm " starring Tom Cruise and Gene Hackman.

Gaming the system for the rich.

In related news...

Senators call for the resignation of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to resign over what is described as the bungled launch of the ObamaCare exchanges.

Distractions anyone?

The lady fell apart on the Daily show when asked why the optioon to wait is not being given to the general public...she had no excuse...

But to be fair, I'm guessing she was told to "open the gates" on the date whether it was ready or not.

Yeh, but to the contrary of GE and Apple and... (fill in as needed), he would have to actually live on the Caimans for that.

The Obama administration was warned - many times - that it was a Train Wreck.

They ignored the warnings.

It looks like someone told Democrat Senator Max Baucus. " It's a Train Wreck. "

The White House is now embarrassed by the tiny number of people who have actually signed up.

Solution: Lie

"We don't know how many people have signed up."

How, exactly, can a regular US citizen resident within the United States claim their income legally tax free?

The 14th does apply to corporations. Corporations are legally defined as "persons."

No, Harte. No, they're not.

They're legally defined as autonomous legal entities, entirely separate to the people within them.

That's their entire reason for existence.

That the Supreme Court is currently gullible enough to give them first amendment rights in regard to political donations is no guarantee that they'd ever grant them 14th amendment rights.

Especially as the first thing which will happen is that every corporation will then claim the exact same tax subsidies granted under the law given to other companies.

You have to incorporate in the Caymans:

Cayman imposes income tax on only those companies doing local business, so it is an ideal place for United States citizens to locate a stream of income.20 United States citizens can incorporate a business (known as a "base company"21) under the law of the Cayman Islands and assign streams of income to the company.22 Property (includ ing the right to a stream of income) used to start a corporation is subject to a one time 35% excise tax.23 Subsequent income is then attributed only to the base company.24 This method of tax avoidance only defers taxation,25 as United States citizens must still pay tax on money when they remove it from a Cayman company. 26 Some taxpayers may be ableto enjoy the benefits of the corporation's money while still avoiding taxation through use of "secondary sheltering." 27 This involves recharacterizing the money, such as by having the base company loan money to the U.S. citizen.28

A how to.

No, Harte. No, they're not.

They're legally defined as autonomous legal entities, entirely separate to the people within them.

corporation n. an organization formed with state governmental approval to act as an artificial person to carry on business (or other activities), which can sue or be sued, and (unless it is non-profit) can issue shares of stock to raise funds with which to start a business or increase its capital.

Corporations have enjoyed 14th Amendment rights since 1870.

Firemen, police, teachers, supermarket workers etc. can't incorporate in the Caymans and then generally expect to be employed through that company.

Artificial person - though I'll concede, as I'm actually surprised to find the word person in there, at all.

For a limited subset of rights, apparently. That'll teach me to assert without checking. My mistake.
