CyberKen Posted October 22, 2013 #1 Share Posted October 22, 2013 (edited) This is sad. Chris Matthews has lost touch with reality. You have to watch the video to believe it. Senator Ted Cruz is a racist because ..................... Nice try Chris. Go see Dr. Phil. You're nuts! Really! Video at the link: http://therightscoop...me-on-steroids/ I wonder how many Americans were convinced by the Chris Matthews performance? CyberKen Posted October 22, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted October 22, 2013 Well, I don't know about Chris, but Ted is definitely nuts. Senator Ted Cruz got an 8 minute standing ovation when he returned to Texas! Wow! He must be doing something right. Chris Matthews has rotten ratings. Nobody watches him anymore. He looks drunk. supervike Posted October 22, 2013 #5 Share Posted October 22, 2013 (edited) Cruz made a funny little political joke and Matthews turned it into something outrageous and insidious. I don't care for Cruz's politics, but Matthews is so far off base here that it's not funny. But, Matthews is just another blow hard-hate-your-opponent type person. I've had enough of those types of people. Our society is chock full of it. To me, it's the reason most reasonable people turn their backs on politics. The insane rhetoric needs to end. Senator Ted Cruz got a thumbs down from the corrupt politicians who choose to ignore the American people. He told ABC News "I didn't go to Washington to make 99 new friends in the U.S. Senate." Also, Senator Ted Cruz got everyone talking about ObamaCare. Senator Max Baucus was right! It IS a Train Wreck. Just ask Jon Stewart. He threw a hissy fit last night. Senator Max Baucus was right! It IS a Train Wreck. Just ask Jon Stewart. He threw a hissy fit last night. 1) Sure, you can save billions if you're willing to cut the throat of America. 2) We came "this" close to debt default, which would have cost us dearly. 3) Everyone has ALREADY been talking about ObamaCare way before Ted's insane rant. 4) Demanding defunding ObamaCare(which was previously passed by BOTH the House and Senate) with passing a US Budget is nothing short of extortion. Re-introduce it, LATER, in to Congress and work out the details, SEPARATE from the general BUDGET, else it's extortion.
