Former Obama Secret Service Agent

Recommended Posts

From the article:

You may have your suspicions about what’s going on behind closed doors at the White House.

But according to one of President Obama’s former body guards it’s much worse than we can even imagine.

Dan Bongino has protected numerous Presidents over his career, including President Obama. He has been within ear-shot of many a discussion in the Oval Office, but up until this administration has stayed out of the lime light. Apparently, however, the activities of this administration are so abhorrent that he could no longer keep quiet.

Bongino is so upset with what he witnessed that he is now running for Congress because he feels it’s the only way to take America back from the sycophants who have made every effort to enrich themselves with money and power at the expense of the American people.

How bad is it?

We’re in a lot of trouble.

The President sees government – and I think it’s because of his lack of experience and maybe community organizing in the past – as this shiny new toy.

For all the disagreements I had with Clinton, Carter and Bush there were always limits… there was that line you just didn’t cross… We cross it seemingly every day. We’re lost in the scandals…

The Jamie Dimon shakedown at Chase… the HHS scandal.. Kathleen Sebelius shaking down the health care industry for money… the IRS… it’s to the point where these scandals in and of themselves would be huge back-breaking scandals [but] are just lost in the scandal fog of this administration…

It’s worse than people know… and I’m not trying to scare you either.

This is coming from someone who has stood next to Presidents for his entire career.

The implications are absolutely terrifying, especially considering how bad the publicly known scandals already are. Can you imagine what’s happening outside the view of Americans?

This is not about Republican or Democrat, it’s about liberty, pure and simple, and this administration has done more to damage our individual rights than any that has come before it.

Bongino expresses this succinctly when discussing the NSA scandal and the administration’s use of the information acquired by government snoops all over the country.

And if he utters a WORD of specifics he'll be arrested so fast it will look like he spontaneously combusted. He'd better be watching his six - first thing you know we'll learn that he's a crack addicted child molesting pornographer who dresses in things that make him feel pretty...

Sooo...there were limits with Bush? Were those limits in place in 2005 when the domestic surveillance began?

I would agree. I "think" that's it's a Federal offense for a Secret Service agent on the Presidential Protective Detail to reveal specifics of overheard conversations. Not sure how all that works though.

Whoa whoa fella. Obama is not my party. I am not a democrat or a republican. They both suck. All politicians suck. With that being said, I am also not the type of person that is going to sit around and cry about it for eight years.

And it SHOULD be - even for this tool. If a president is worrying about every conversation being used on the evening tabloids he'd not get much done. But when this tradition bound honorable professional deems it necessary to speak even this much - it kind of tells how bad things really are...we're not talking Hillary throwing a vase at Bill here.

I've been accused many times of the "but your president was bad, too" position.

The only thing is, that's never been my position. My question has always been, "You who decry Obama so loudly now, why were you so silent during Bush's unilateral, aggressive war in Iraq, when he slept at the switch through the Summer and Fall 2008 Wall Street Collapse and when he championed the Re-Institution of Torture draped in the American flag?"

The silence back then was deafening. I could only hear the waving of the flag.

"Crying" is one thing - and I agree with you on that but protesting usurpations of freedom and even crimes done by a president isn't exactly in the same category for most folks.

Sorry, the man has nothing to lose, but everything to gain.

I would question his motives before I'd believe the 'hints at impropriety' that he suggests.

If he has damning evidence or proof then he needs to nut up and share it. All he is doing is making shadowy statements and hopes he'll get elected because of Obama-hate.

Well, "crying" on a forum IS NOT striving for change. The breaking of laws is open to interpretation. Lying, for one, is not against the law...

So, how do we know this particular individual is that ultimately trustworthy "tradition bound honorable professional?"

Which tradition(s) is he bound to?

You really presume too much if you assume I was silent about GWB's many crimes against freedom, life, and the world.

Well, that brings me to another wonderful point. I supported and still support the war in Iraq (no, I will not debate about that in this thread). I also fully support the NSA spying. I don't support people like this former secret service agent who is clearly some tea party nut who thinks it's his turn to get famous...

That's why I find this whole business of party Politics so laughable. If anyone even suggests that Mr. O is not perhaps yet up to the level of Pol Pot, and that perhaps he's not actually the Antichrist but is merely another Politician, and one who's been fairly ineffectual at that, then you're howled down by people saying things like " The fact that you aren't angry about that speaks volumes about what kind of a person you are. I think you and many like you truly believed the BS the democrats spouted for the last 4 years and don't believe you are happy with the way things are turning out. Only the most delusional would be happy about what is happening right now. You, however, should be ashamed of yourself for defending it. ". So honestly, what can you say.

Sounds very much like the old "appeal to authority" to me. Or in this case, "he's a Secret Service man, so he's got to be Upright and Honest. And he's accusing this President of all sorts of vague unspecified menaces and horrors, which is just what we want to hear, so obviously he must be telling the truth".

are you also for drone strikes in countries that we are not at war with? How about fast and furious scandal (unresolved) were you for that as well? And you're for NSA survielence? You should build a time machine and move to East Germany, sounds like your idea of heaven.

Your damn right I am for drone strikes. When you have been shot at by as many terrorists as I have, you don't care how they get rid of them. As far as NSA surveillance...most people will never know how bad the world actually is. No one is listening in on your phone calls or reading your emails..it is computers and algorithms putting together key words and suspicious activity. Fast and furious scandal? Nope, against that one.

I felt the same way about Bush, the war criminal. I was very vocal and against the Patriot Act, and the War in Iraq. And I think Obama, is just like Bush....they both work for the corporations and banks.

I fully expect to be told in the next few days (if not hours) as to why he's an "ex" Secret Service Agent.

I'm thinking "made racist remarks" or perhaps "chronic liar".

No, OS. I am specifically referring to those who were silent then and loudly decry the President now. I don't know which people are which. I know, and you do, too, that more Americans carried W.'s water than Obama's.

Perhaps some think there are good reasons for this discrepancy.

Well now, we can't have whistleblowers running around making accusations willy nilly. It's amusing he hasn't really even said anything yet and he's being discredited by the Obama followers.

He asked about drone strikes in countries we aren't at war with, do you still maintain that same opinion?

As far as the NSA surveillance, your thoughts are short sighted. What if you are accused of something you didn't do? Well then they get the warrant to check their hard database for all the info they have on you. Then a prosecutor conjures up charges based off of browsing history and/or message board posts, and it might not even be related to what you were originally accused of. With the laws in place to now allow our government to label someone that is a national a 'terrorist', combined with the lack of due process for terrorists, you would be SOL. And if you're still supporting drone strikes anywhere, instead of arresting you, they could just strike you with a drone, because you said yourself, "Your damn right I am for drone strikes. When you have been shot at by as many terrorists as I have, you don't care how they get rid of them."

At least you see what was wrong with giving actual assault rifles to foreign cartel members, all the while trying to disarm the citizens of their own country.

8 years of gvmnt brainwashing does marvels, lol. it also gives strong sense of denial, just wait for next response.
