HDesiato Posted March 3, 2019 #1451 Share Posted March 3, 2019 ('Rise', 'Dawn' and 'War of') 'The Planet Of The Apes' trilogy. Fans of the original franchise? You want to see this. A respectful portion of knowing nods and winks to its source material. Not a retread, more a refreshing, relevent retelling. Cuts the fat of the 5 beloved late 60's early 70's cult franchise and provides this generation with a relevant mythology.

Unusual Tournament Posted March 24, 2019 #1453 Share Posted March 24, 2019 just watched Sicario Soldado. can't say it was as good as the first Sicario but it was good enough. the acting was first class even if the story line was a little weak. i think they're setting up for a 3rd instalment. can't wait! Unusual Tournament Posted March 24, 2019 #1454 Share Posted March 24, 2019 (edited) another really cool movie i saw (i don't have the time these days to watch too many) that left a positive impression was Polar. it about an retiring assassin and his troubles. didn't really think much of this NetFlicks offering at first but it didn't disappoint in the least. excellent film! MainerMikeBrown Posted March 26, 2019 #1457 Share Posted March 26, 2019 Now I'm watching an episode of North Woods Law. I'm watching about Maine and New Hampshire Game Wardens go after people who break the law, such as those fishing without a license, and ATV users who are driving down public roads, things like that.
