Cows Crash Through Cornish Weaver's Roof

Still Waters

Recommended Posts

Sue Marshall was using her vacuum cleaner when she heard a crash and, on investigation, found an equally surprised cow standing in her workshop, having just missed the loom she had been using only a short while earlier.

After some careful manoeuvring, Mrs Marshall managed to get the animal out of her home but then a second cow plunged through the roof.

She cant even sue them for damage, as the farmers already milked them dry!

And "After some careful manoeuvring, Mrs Marshall managed to get the animal out". Thats just as well - as trying to shout at cows just goes in one ear and out the udder

I wonder if they discovered a bucket of paint and brushes and a painted sign on the roof that said, "Eat Mor Chikin"

I am glad neither she nor the poor cows were injured badly.

Does All*State cover that, or did it come out of pocket?

When quizzed, the cows replied they were attempting to jump over the moon - but did not realise it was much higher than they thought.

Police also are investigating the mysterious disappearance of spoons from the same address. Some of the dishes have been taken into custody for questioning.

It's probably one those days when you should just go back to bed really - in my experience the day rarely ends well after it starts with kamikaze cows on your case...

Tasteless! Wish I had thought of it first.

Her house is converted barn below the field and the cows walked down onto house, sounds as if the cows had a beef to settle for having their barn taken off them.
