Not a weather balloon then or some other scientific device that regularly get launched up into tornadic supercells.

UFO,I think not.

its well known that sometimes ufo's are spotted around volcanoes for instance, but I can't recall a sighting during a tornado:

And by watching that video, you still have not seen that sighting during a tornado.

Bingo!

Weather balloons

NSSL launches special research weather balloon systems into thunderstorms. Measurements from the sensor packages attached to the balloons provide data about conditions inside the storm where it has often proved too dangerous for research aircraft to fly.

And I'm sure all of those independent storm chasers do the same thing.

An earthquake light is an unusual luminous aerial phenomenon that reportedly appears in the sky at or near areas of tectonic stress, seismic activity, or volcanic eruptions.

Ball lightning is an unexplained atmospheric electrical phenomenon. The term refers to reports of luminous, usually spherical objects which vary from pea-sized to several meters in diameter. It is usually associated with thunderstorms, but lasts considerably longer than the split-second flash of a lightning bolt.
