UM-Bot Posted February 27, 2003 #1 Share Posted February 27, 2003 AN independent board investigating the disintegration of the Space Shuttle Columbia is keenly interested in an object radar-tracked near the shuttle on its second day in orbit, a board member said. Air Force Brigadier General Duane Deal, a member of the Columbia Accident Investigation Board, told the Orlando Sentinal newspaper in Florida that the object was suspected to have come from the shuttle itself.
