Archaeologists in Cusco announced a new discovery this week: an Inca canal where servants used to get water for the head of the empire during the Inti Raymi celebration.

It looks more like a ditch to me,certainly the worlds smallest "canal".

Hundreds of canals and aqueducts built by the Inca have been discovered before.

My Canal Narrow boat is 19 mtrs long by 2 mtrs wide..I guess I couldn't use the Inca one.I've seen bigger ditches.
