I could let my pareidolia run wild (a really big bald guy with glasses who has impossibly short legs and a towel over his shoulder. The photo was apparently taken for the 'Nabors '89 calendar', which was for the people who worked on that rig, and it wasn't until the photo was printed that someone noticed something strange in the picture.
