Thanato Posted January 30, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 30, 2014 Canadian pop star Justin Bieber has walked into a Toronto police station, where police sources say he will face a charge in connection with an alleged assault involving a limousine driver in late December. Bieber was escorted by several police officers — who linked arms to guide the pop star through the crowd — and a bodyguard through a throng of journalists and screaming fans. Police sources told CBC News that Bieber would be officially charged at the 52 Division police station, with a notice to appear at a later date. Toronto police have said they were called to the area of Dundas Street West and University Avenue on the evening of Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013. Bieber, 19, attended a Toronto Maple Leafs game that evening at the Air Canada Centre. At the time, police told The Canadian Press they were investigating an assault allegation but said it was unclear whether it was Bieber or a member of his entourage who was the subject of a complaint. http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/justin-bieber-arrives-at-toronto-police-station-1.2515636 HA!

stevemagegod Posted January 30, 2014 #4 Share Posted January 30, 2014 "Our position is that Mr. Bieber is innocent," he said in a written statement. "As the matter is now before the courts, it would be inappropriate to address the specifics of either the allegation or the defence at this time." Of course he is innocent he is in America the Greatest country in the world. In Canada which is where he is from if you are accused of a crime "You are Guilty, Until PROVEN INNOCENT." stevemagegod Posted January 30, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 30, 2014 Bieber's Canadian lawyer, Brian Greenspan, said he expects the singer's case to be treated as a low-level offence. Is this guy for real? Of course it will be treated as a low level offense because he is a Celebrity so he automatically gets special treatment over the rest of us non Rich and Powerful Celebrities.
+and-then Posted January 30, 2014 #6 Share Posted January 30, 2014 He appears to just be a rich, immature punk who happens to have talent. If someone doesn't take him in hand soon and shake some sense into him he may not see 25.

Yamato Posted January 30, 2014 #9 Share Posted January 30, 2014 So while he's waiting for this case (felony and criminal, right?) to develop, and if he can't leave the country, then this might be the de facto deportation that some were hoping for. Not that he's a flight risk or anything. Hopefully he's at least required to check in with the police once a week or so. He's definitely as Lawyered-up as a person can get so I doubt he even has to risk breaking a nail answering his phone.

He has a bad case of the "you don't tell me - I tell YOU!" that cash brings to the arrogant.

Well considering at worst we out number them 1000 to 1, and there's no way they can identify all of us, I say we have some good odds! Gentlemen, lock and load.
