Quickly Getting A Sense of The Sociopath

Recommended Posts

The sociopath’s behavior reflects a degree of indifference you personally can understand.

Consider replying to this posting; note your reply. Then ask yourself, and no one else, to what degree you mean your reply as opposed to believing that you sound good making that reply.

In other words: To what degree is your reply a communication, as opposed to a vanity and a play for popularity?

Similarly: To what degree is the one posting the science a person to you (communication) and to what degree is he a prop on your stage, the equivalent of a cigarette if you think you look good smoking, his repute utterly expendable in your pursuit of kudos?

The sociopath’s reply is a hundred percent vanity! And this reflects that the way he was raised was of absolute necessity disguised by a hundred percent absurd nonsense (since any shred of truth would have been self-incriminating).

In the absolute worst case that nonsense was backed by credentials, which is to say the ultimate arrogation.

If that's the criteria, I think I'm safe :)

Not all sociopaths are murderers but are big on cheating or make good investment bankers, they have no remorse for anything they do but they aren't necessarily vain and absurd nonsense can come from anyone.

Sociopaths are more comfortable doing things that 'normal' people wish they could do, e.g. Betraying and deceiving anyone no matter who they are without feeling guilty and letting such feelings hinder their progress through life.

Sure, everyone wants their posts to be spot on, smart or better than everyone else's. If a sociopath gets pleasure from vanity though then then they'd be better fishing for likes by posting African babies on Facebook instead of trying to one up someone on a paranormal message board.

They pretty much only see what they want as important not what anyone else wants like their wife. So when wife loses interest in what they want they cheat.
