I just can't think of one person who would think this is a good idea. Put a piranha in it as a guard fish. Burglars break in and scream in terror, "OMG there's a piranha driving that fish car around and he's coming right for us! Run!" Likely. Not.

This is awful. Not only will it stress the fish out moving around like that - it can't be completely smooth when stopping and starting for example - and owners moving them from tank to toy and back,

Actually, the fish shouldn't have trouble learning how to drive properly, since it's used to being in a school.
