Russia to Boost Manpower on New Space Center Construction

MOSCOW, February 24 (RIA Novosti) – Work on Russia’s new Far Eastern Vostochny space center will be prioritized now that the Winter Olympics in Sochi has come to an end, a senior official said Monday while touring the facility.

I guess we are keeping Russians gainfully employed.

Please explain what you mean by "we". This is a Russian project paid for with Russian money using Russian workers in Russia. How can anyone other than Russians take credit for it?
