Do you have any evidence for that BR ? I mean.. we HAVE seen reports of distorted "textbooks" for palestinian children, describing Jews as being apes and pigs. We've also seen pictures of what appears to be mothers proudly displaying their children dressed as suicide bombers, or carrying guns. I'm not aware of anything on that scale in Israeli schools.
