RoofGardener Posted April 14, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2014 According to an article by - amongst others - the BBC, Egypt may be taking Ethiopia to the international court over Ethiopia's construction of a dam on the Nile. Indeed, an Egyptian spokesman even darkly hinted at possible military action. For decades now, various pundits have suggested that Water will become a major source of tension in the developing world.
