Wickian Posted April 17, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 17, 2014 A young viper was found dead with a centipede’s head protruding out of the snake’s body. As reported by NBC News, Ljiljana Tomovic, a Serbian herpetologist, was tagging snakes in Macedonia when she made the eye-catching discovery. link Towards the bottom of that article is another example of a snake that died trying to digest an alligator. AbyssWalker Posted April 17, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 17, 2014 You don't mess with a centipede, you leave it the heck alone.

+DieChecker Posted April 19, 2014 #5 Share Posted April 19, 2014 (edited) That was a pretty ambitious snake. And a very POed centipede. Edited April 19, 2014 by DieChecker
EllJay Posted April 21, 2014 #6 Share Posted April 21, 2014 Got me thinking of this boa and his alligator-lunch. It didn't work out as he planned obviously. Imagine if we had Titanoboa cerrejonensis still slithering around. It would have us all on its menu. http://blog.realmofr...t-really-exist/
