Dispute over 'Haunted Building' Ended

KITCHENER — The owner of a downtown Kitchener building is refusing — pardon the pun — to give up the ghost in his fight for $1 million in compensation.

A lawsuit launched by Trajan Fisca on the basis the three-storey building is haunted got short shrift when it came before a local judge several months ago.

Justice James Sloan dismissed the case after ruling Fisca had no evidence to substantiate the presence of ghosts, putting it down to a rumour that seemed to have stemmed from a discussion over drinks.

Undeterred, however, the Kitchener property owner is now taking his beef before a three-judge panel of the Ontario Court of Appeal.

i'm surprised the owner didn't pony up some pics containing orbs, that would have swayed the Judges decision.

Or maybe a youtube video of a fridge door opening and a sweeping brush falling over....proof positive!
