Brian Topp Posted April 29, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 29, 2014 KITCHENER — The owner of a downtown Kitchener building is refusing — pardon the pun — to give up the ghost in his fight for $1 million in compensation. A lawsuit launched by Trajan Fisca on the basis the three-storey building is haunted got short shrift when it came before a local judge several months ago. Justice James Sloan dismissed the case after ruling Fisca had no evidence to substantiate the presence of ghosts, putting it down to a rumour that seemed to have stemmed from a discussion over drinks.
