Mantis914 Posted May 2, 2014 #3 Share Posted May 2, 2014 I like the hat that mantis is wearing. That kind of reminds me of someone I know...
Wickian Posted May 2, 2014 #4 Share Posted May 2, 2014 I have no idea why, but any time I see close ups of insects it reminds me years ago when my Dad and brother were both drinking they got into an argument over something, and a bee kept buzzing near them. My brother is afraid of bee's, so eventually my Dad says, "If you fight anything like a man, you'll win!" and proceeds to to get into a fighting stance, and actually punched the bee in mid air. It was hilarious.
Q-C Posted May 2, 2014 #5 Share Posted May 2, 2014 Jumping spider with a Napoleon complex? Who thinks they are going to eat whom? Both are voracious eaters. Or does the spider hang around for Mantis leftovers like Pilot fish?

Q-C Posted May 2, 2014 #7 Share Posted May 2, 2014 They're just friends. Would eating the leftovers count as Friends with Benefits? Maybe the spider on the Mantid's head freaks out hungry birds?
