Body painter turns model into a tarantula

Still Waters

Recommended Posts

A contortionist is transformed into a arachnophobe's worst nightmare - a super-sized tarantula. The human spider is the handiwork of body painter Emma Fay, who used water-based paints to turn the ultra-flexible model into the giant arachnid.

that's very neat

reading the captions, i have to say that i would find the idea of having to stand still for five hours while someone painted on me to be far more frightening than a tarantula of any size.

That is really amazing. Not only is the paintings done quite well but the contortions the model has to assume in order to undergo all that. Very impressive indeed.
