Denfield House in St Helen’s Park, in south-west Sydney, is on the market for $1.2 million. Built in 1837 the house was originally owned by John Farley - the man who first saw Fred Fisher's ghost in 1826. Then a resident female ghost reportedly haunted Denfield's kitchen, she was allegedly a former owner would never go to bed until her husband was ready to join her.
