Scientists discover new turkey-sized dinosaur

The forerunner of dinosaurs such as the three-horned Triceratops was the size of a turkey, scientists said Wednesday.

Laquintasaura venezuelae - named after Venezuela where it was discovered - lived 201 million years ago in the earliest Jurassic period, soon after a major extinction at the end of the Triassic.

Darn, it's just turkey-sized. And here I was, ready to propose 'meleagrimimus' as a name for a new genus.
