Flying kites. I don't know why. It's completely liberating and frees my soul :)

When people offer no quibble guarantees, I always say "But I like a quibble. Couldn't you just offer a quick quibble at least?"

I'm not sure. I prefer my cheese without any garnish, to be honest. Toasted, at any rate. As Ben Gunn said in Treasure Island, "Many's the long night I've dreamed of cheese--toasted, mostly".

Oh gosh.. the Branston isn't a GARNISH.. it goes UNDERNEATH the cheese ?

Still... with the RIGHT cheese... perhaps I may agree. ?

Underneath the cheese? <_< Well, that seems... well, rather complicated. You never though though, it might worth a try. I'll put it on my "try to remember to get round to trying it sometimes" list, which of course I never do. Get round to it, I mean,

I discovered that only toasting one side and then putting cheese on the untoasted side (before grilling) accentuates the softness of the cheese!  Try it!

Currently I am thinking of the weekend and how I plan to spend it!
