LucidElement Posted September 3, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 3, 2014 How did the two doctors get released from Atlanta hospital if they were infected with Ebola? Basically, I thought Ebola doesn't have a cure yet?
bubblykiss Posted September 3, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 3, 2014 They have a cure and tested it on humans before it reached clinical trials. Basically the sick rolled the dice and hoped to high hell that it would arrest the spread of Ebola before they started bleeding outta their nipples and anuses. Imaginarynumber1 Posted September 3, 2014 #3 Share Posted September 3, 2014 It's a virus. It doesn't live forever. Just usually longer than the host.
Imaginarynumber1 Posted September 3, 2014 #4 Share Posted September 3, 2014 They have a cure It's not a cure, just a treatment. And it is not yet known if it even helped any of the patients that received it.

LucidElement Posted September 4, 2014 Author #6 Share Posted September 4, 2014 if this drug works, or these trials, why not test them on the people in Africa? also, how did this Ebola virus start up again in the last few months?

Rlyeh Posted September 4, 2014 #8 Share Posted September 4, 2014 (edited) if this drug works, or these trials, why not test them on the people in Africa? That is what they're trying to determine. You don't give everyone an experimental drug before it's been properly tested.also, how did this Ebola virus start up again in the last few months? Because it wasn't eradicated?
