With new evidence pointing towards a relic bear specie, mixing with modern brown bears, this would be an amazing adventure. Or perhaps the traditional sasquai body form, trekking the Himalayas...with Sir David narrating the search and adventure.

Wouldn't the bear need to be a polar bear as yetis are supposedly white?

I think everyone would like to find it, IF it is a real unknown creature. Trouble is, it could all be myth and legend and no amount of searching will dissuade the believers, it will always be "just around the corner."

The Yeti probably is some kind of bear, maybe an unknown species. Does the Yeti have to be a Bigfoot to exist?

The Yeti would dress like a sir and come out and greet sir David as it would be a great honour and pleasure to meet the man.

It would be a Bi-Polar Bear.

I want Jacques-Yves Cousteau's disinterred body sent on a quest to find the mythical mermaids.

Now that sounds like good film making.
