Wistman Posted July 28, 2021 #11341 Share Posted July 28, 2021 Oh yes, my yard fills with them at night. Twinkling! as I bite my lip whip-poor-will calls endlessly graces deeping shade * The eastern whip-poor-will is a medium-sized nightjar from North America. The whip-poor-will is commonly heard within its range, but less often seen because of its camouflage. It is named onomatopoeically after its song.
