Iran blows up fake US carrier

I wonder what the response from Russia might be if the USA attacked a mock replica of the Kremlin.

I wonder what the response of Saudi Arabia might be if the USA attacked a mock replica of the Dome of the Rock.

I wonder what the response of the Iranians themselves would be if Israel attacked a mock replica of their Nuclear Facilities.

The biggest question I have is how our leaders can be negotiating with any country that would do such a thing to begin with.

There are no real democracies in the world, so noone should have nukes.

When Japan was attacked, the US population wanted a complete genocide, wiping Japan off the map, luckily only 2 large civilian targets were hit, still an attrocity, but if it was up to the average joe in the US at the time, there would be no Japan left.

It's how Americans are raised these days, war, war, war, it drives the economy.

No Japan made the fatal mistake of not surrendering after the 1st bomb

The answer is that we have no leadership. But soon hopefully we will...there is an upcoming election later this year...and the Republican candidates look promising...not Jeb...pfffft...but Ben Carson, Mike Lee, Scott Walker, Ted Cruz....I'll take either of that crowd.

That is only because you are desperate for the "Rapture" to start.. You want an Israeli - led world de-stabilisation to kick in. Guess what, perhaps the rest of the world just doesn't care enough to give you your wish and wants a peaceful resolution to this Israeli orchestrated problem.

So, all those Hollywood movies where ships of other nations have been sunk indicates the US also is a nation full of mentally deranged people?

All I'm really seeing in this thread is (apart from a few people posting) a lot of nationalistic, prejudiced bs.

One nation could tell its people the Iranians are simply making a war film.

Another could say we must attack now they have an aircraft carrier.

Another could say its a fake carrier to allow war preparation against us.

Another might say look at this, that and the other. Its not real its a replicate designed to make us think they have this capability.

and on and on and on. Whatever story comes out its to suit the agenda of the side promoting it. In this case a war hungry media.

Hollywood being deranged is not an indication that the people of the US are deranged...nor is the fact that Iran being a Terrorist Exporting country an indication that the citizens of Iran are all Terrorists either.

Hollywood makes movies. Iran makes threatening military war exercises...pretty big difference wouldn't you agree?

Your obsession with wanting to attack Iran over nothing is borderline obsessive. Get some help.

I wouldn’t call it obsession. It is more like acknowledging the inevitable. It would best if the regime falls from within. Between the fifth column and the Mossad applying pressure, it could pop with very minimal bombing. It’ll be similar as to how ISIS is infiltrating the Iraqi army and shortly after, Baghdad will fall.

I also mentioned bombing ISIS but you don’t consider that obsession? Iran may be more sophisticated but there is no difference, especially if they get the bomb. What are you going to do when Iran gets the bomb and then starts threatening Israel and her other neighbors?

Blowing up a mock plywood carrier is nothing in itself. But it further advances Iran’s intentions. Iran wants anything else but a peaceful resolution. They are going to play a community hack for everything they can get. Talk about orchestrated.

Last March, google Maps/Earth hadn't been updated yet but she's on the slips now with a full squadron on the flight deck. That got me curious so I checked in at Bremerton and Newport News and you could see many of the older super carriers tied up, rusting, awaiting disposal. It was enough to break your heart. Oh what you could do to ISIS or even Iran with those babies! But near by was the new generation of carriers being completed. That was the only high point in today's news with the destruction of priceless history at one end and the destruction of our Constitution at the other, with this Net Neutrality and ammo bands (just a few of the long list of transgressions against the American People). If we can't defeat our domestic and foreign enemies, perhaps we don't deserve to exist? I'd love to see the faces of the Liberals when they realize the truth and it's too late.

You are always so informative. I appreciate that so much about you. Just wanted to say that .Sort of like I have this sense of knowing that I know you will never steer us wrong .

I can understand what you are saying considering all of the films America has made about other nations. I.E all the anti-communist films of the 70s-80s. Yet, none of these movies are partially sanctioned and overseen by the Government. Whereas the destruction of this replica was overseen by the Iranian government.

Ridiculous rejoinder, just ridiculous...You do not actually consider what is being said, you just counter with nonsensical rubbish. You are completely blinkered by "Fox News" which is not even news - it is editorial and commentary.

That is rather passive aggressive to say. Additionally, it is both ignorant and offensive.

Put your guns away. Iran is being dealt with via the United Nations. - All we hope is that the USA dont form a grand Coalition" and repeat the mistakes of Iraq. - and by mistakes i mean going against the UN and IAEA findings including the will of the international community and making the UN that little bit less relevant for the future. How many enemies does the US want?

It’s only ridiculous to those in lock step with the American President. If you think I’m not considering what is said then you are totally unaware – figures. I actually listen to both sides. I watch the MSM as well as Fox and I compare. Sure, both sides spin the news in their direction but if you understand that, you can figure things out. The bottom line is that where the MSM omits stuff, Fox is far more honest. When you omit stories is also editorial and commentary. It irks me the few times Fox does it. That is the telling criteria. That’s what drives the Left/Liberal/Progressives/Socialists crazy. They depend on their version of Kitman and Tiqiya. What the Left doesn’t understand is that when Net Neutrality forces restrictions on dissemination of conservative thought, people are just going to start ignoring the Left as we see what’s going on with Cable and Network News ratings. But this is getting off topic so this is the last I speak of this here.

Why do I get this feeling that you guys are always standing side by side with us , like if we were to fight , you can count on it , you'll be there too , right by our side . And like if we have enemies , I guess that means so do you.
