A true inspiration.

After 105-year-old Japanese runner Hidekichi Miyazaki set the record as the oldest competitive sprinter in history, he told reporters he was disappointed.

"Im not happy with the time," Miyazaki said, after completing his 100 meter heat in 42.22 seconds. "I started shedding tears during the race because I was going so slowly. Perhaps I’m getting old!"

Well it is amazing to be breaking records running at 105. Then article states that this is the record for a person over 100, and it became slightly less impressive.

i find it amazing that a 105 year old man has more get up and go than i do.

i'm nearly a quarter of his age. Filing this one under pathetic. (Me, not him)
