+OverSword Posted April 3, 2019 #1732 Share Posted April 3, 2019 (edited) View from tonight’s game. Got tickets from a former work colleague who is a very well known and highly placed person in our profession and a really down to earth nice person. For those who have never been to a big league game or are not from a country in which baseball is a popular game, these seats are amazing. I am a very spoiled and lucky person in that I get treated to things like this pretty often. Edited April 3, 2019 by OverSword 6

And out of camera view a foreign auto repair shop. If you read the plaque on the side of that statue it says he was a firm friend to the whites. I can’t speak to that with firm accuracy but his descendants don’t seem to be huge fans. Edited April 3, 2019 by OverSword

So many words were put in his mouth most historians can't tell you what he really said. .

I suppose he could have told his people to war with the whites but that might have turned out a little worse for the natives.

This shot was an effort to get the overall atmosphere more than show how well you can see the game. How many seats in the stadium, it looks massive?

+OverSword Posted April 6, 2019 #1750 Share Posted April 6, 2019 @third_eye Wow. I’m a bit jealous. I live in a concrete jungle and can’t see stars from light pollution but on the plus side don’t have to worry about reptiles or huge bugs 2 2
