X-rated sounds blasting at Target

(CNN)What some Target shoppers thought was a Halloween prank turned out to be sounds from an apparent X-rated audio track being played over the store's public address system.

Chris Minor told CNN affiliate KPIX that he captured the moans and groans from the apparent porn audio on cellphone video Wednesday at a Target in San Jose, California.

"I thought it may have been Halloween related, maybe an employee playing games, but this was rated-X material, which made me feel very uncomfortable," Minor said.

My mother used to work in the Student Events Center at Syracuse University in the early 70's as the Event Coordinator. SU was one of the first Universities in the country to have it's own Cable T.V. network on campus. Each dorm, classroom and school building was part of the internal cable network. This was before cable television was mainstream. I guess the college would broadcast University information over the 2 or 3 channels that they had. It was groundbreaking for it's time to say the least.

Once it was up and running the administration deemed it wise to put students in charge of the network.

Once the students were in charge can you guess the very first thing was that they broadcast was? LOL.

I guess a lot of people got into trouble over that when it happened. I think she said that even the F.C.C. got involved somehow.
