I'm not sure if the "Insert other media" function at lower-right would be of help. Do you or a family member have a YouTube channel? I know with a YouTube video, all you have to do is copy and paste its URL into the message window here. But your video would need a URL for that to work, which means it would have to be uploaded first to some web platform like YouTube. How about it, posters? Any ideas? It's been so long since I put anything on my channel that I can't remember all the formats, but I remember uploading wasn't difficult. But I grew bored with it because no one wanted to watch my cross-dressing dance routines. File size usually isn't a problem as long as your computer has a good connection.
