A wheelchair bound Tunisian man, Zouheir Abidi and his thirteen year old daughter have been attacked in Germany by individuals thought to belong to a far right group.

Both Abidi and his daughter spent the night in hospital being treated for their injuries. It is understood that Abidi lost his identity papers during the attack, plus his medication and some money.

Speaking to Mosaique FM earlier today, the Tunisian Ambassador to Germany confirmed that he was aware of the situation and that every effort was being made to assist Abidi.

Two other Tunsian nationals are understood to have been assaulted in Germany over the last few days, though this is unconfirmed.

Protests by the German far right have been growing since news broke of a series of sexual assaults and robberies that took place during New Year Eve celebrations in Cologne as well as a number of other German cities. Authorities later identified the perpetrators as having “a North African or Arabic” appearance.

Its a terrible act and those responsible should be brought to justice, its no excuse whatsoever to attack or abuse random innocent people in response to what happened in Cologne. none whatsoever.

Its good to see News story being reported of this attack, unlike the cologne sex attacks which was suppressed in a biased manner, like the BBC NEWS, they were also 7 days behind reporting the cologne attacks, and even then it was only minimal reporting. - But in true BBC fashion, as questions naturally arises after such attacks, questions such as should we still accept refugees - the BBC swiftly moved to reinforce the notion that its the right thing to do, and to continue to take asylum seekers regardless of what's happening on the continent - so they moved the spot light quickly from Cologne to the Syrian town which has been cut off and the inhabitants of that city who are starving. cue the BBC showing suffering and images of starving children in Syria. - just to make sure public opinion on helping isn't affected by the Cologne sex attacks, and the continued influx of migrants 4,000 a day into Europe goes unabated.

Merkel had no right to open the floodgates to these people... Germany is a Schengen country and once arrived had free reign to invade any other Schengen country they wanted to go to.

If the men want to bring their scumbag ways and mores to Europe then Europe HAS to take immediate action and get rid of them. Germany should, of course pay for this - it is their making and it is for them to pay for the consequences.

If nothing else, then this episode informs me that the UK should have nothing more to do with the EU - 1 nation (Germany) imposes THEIR conscience on the rest of the nations.

i am really getting tired to hear how many people are there that have no business there in the first place . i still can't wrap my Brain around it . i can only come up with one conclusion but that falls more under the conspiracy sector . They must have known all this would happen a blind man could see that coming . I hate to say it and it might be a no no but if the government doesn't get things under control soon it might come to that. People are getting frustrated with it all, they feel like they are being invaded, which they are. They probably feel like the immigrants are being listened to more than they are.

In work we was talking about the attacks in Germany, a work mate, who was absolutely disgusted by it all, said to me have you seen the footage on social media, i said yep, thinking what i've seen is bad, but no, he showed me a video that's been posted on Social media, from the Cologne attack, It must be one of the most if not the most serious attack that happened.

If you watch the video the scene is so disturbing that its no wonder the Authorities have tried to manage the true story, because if the mobile footage i seen was shown on the TV NEWS, all hell would break loose. - the video, shows a white woman in her 30's surrounded by at least 20 Asian men, she has two men on each arm and they are dragging her towards some wall, she looks absolutely, exhausted from i guess trying to break free, but she is resigned to her fate thrown to the floor and at that point surrounded by the mob one of the men pulls his pants down - I stopped watching the video, because you can guess what follows, apparently she is subjected to multiple rapes. - all i could think about afterwards was this poor woman's life must be absolutely ruined. how do you recover from such an ordeal.

Now if this is on Social media then the German Authorities must be in possession of such evidence. i knew it was bad but even your minds eye cannot evoke the true brutality of it all. ******* animals.

No, I cannot judge if it was fabricated and I`m sure Steve watched a vid as described by him but I didnt saw it but it must be taken

into consideration that the web generally gets flooded with tons of BS also by the right wing to boost up stories. And, Steve talked

about Asian guys in the vid but untill today I have not seen any article in the German media and in the police reports, stating that

Its a video of ‘Taharrush‘ phenomenon where large gangs of men attack women in the Arab world. as was alluded to be UM'er bee. The question being asked, was this what happened in Germany.

I should have really verified it before posting, but having seen the footage i was that shocked and thought it must have been "viral" on Social media. and presumed numerous people on here would have seen it, i guess i was looking for verification on here.

there are a lot of videos circling the internet now claiming it was from germany but many can be debunked . However, something did happen there and as much as i hate the outdated system of sharia but b******* like this should and deserve to be trialed by sharia ... what i always kept hearing while i was stationed in germany ( and some witnessed myself ) that the laws and punishments are very week in germany and foreigners often made fun of how easy it is to get away with crimes ... germany definitely needs to toughen up now
