Muslim woman thrown out of Trump rally

Read the post above yours, Leo.

Boy, you guys are all for equal rights until everyone is treated equally.

The Secret Service are not attached to party nomination candidates - or anyone below vice-president level afaik. They can be temporarily assigned to presidential/vice-presidential nominees/candidates - which neither Trump nor Clinton are yet. They can also be temporarily assigned to visiting foreign dignitaries.

I have not read that the Secret Service were in attendance at the rally in question (nor at the Clinton rally you mentioned earlier), so how does HR347 have any relevance here?

She was there to upset his rally. She don't have the courage to do that and speak up against the radical Muslems, that's the problem. And when the rubber hits the asphalt these Muslems that are silent, not to us but their brotherin they will assimilate with the radicals because they don't have the gonads to fight them. If we don't do it, it won't get done. You don't get it, why should they go against them here when they didn't in their own countries. Like I said, she should be preaching to her people that do these terrible things, not Trump...we didn't send for these people.

seax

to me she was brave to show she is just human ... i am muslim and i never bow to a radical NEVER ...i would have done the same she did . No one cares really , that we the arabs the normal arbs have fear too . it's like ppl dont listen WE ARE HUMAN WiTH NORMAL LiVES ...to some ppl we should not exist should be wiped of the earth ...i have heard ppl say on this forum if the ovens were still hot ... i hear things here very hurtful . We have emotions too and we fear isis just like all others they kill us too you know ... i cant be open like all of you here and i wont be ...even though i would consider it my right but for me it is different . Someone here said it's not the woman but her people , well i am her people and my family friends and neighbors ...nobody really cares what is happening here in our countries they just look for every little crumbs to pick up and say see the dirt ? if i was to pick other countries dirt i could go on and on too . i am tired too the media calls them all muslims and they are not ... i speak for my country , not all arabs are muslims and they curse god and the prophet and no one gets murdered we have all kinds of ppl here and they dont get murdered ... we have good and bad like any other country ...

i hope he gets to be president as he seems to have the know how that no one else seemed to have in recent years . He should also stop people from getting our oil and our countries and our wealthy business people he should leave them alone too .... when he gets to be president he will know what to do to set america free ... if i had a magic wand i would make all muslims disappear and you would finally realize that there is no peace because there will always be someone to be picked on .

i look at my country men and i had a much better live then many of them but i would never trade again because i am more happy here but they dont know as they only see you and your world through tv ... wearing uncle sam t-shirts and cheap sun glasses trying to pretend they live like you guys in the west . you only know us through media but not personal ... we are not perfect by far but i enjoy my little life here ... we are just normal people - human ....and now excuse my rant but i am very emotional about this subject

equal treatment are you joking us all here? they believe we are all filthy infidels who are worthy of death and you are crying for equal treatment for them? .you say you worked at a bookstore and you act as if you know all things pretty well pertaining to the world and all, but you don't.

They been the collective they of all Muslims believe no such thing. Some Muslim's may believe what you say, just as some Christians believe anyone not a christian is a tool of the devil.

You should try putting your reasoning head on before making such outrageous statements

Your either an outrageous bigot or a very bad satirist

So you compare a KKK member to a Muslim, wow. If a Muslim is comparable to a KKK member, then every christian is crusader and a witch -hunter and every German a Nazi.

How ridiculous! You are just casting about, reaching for something to be offended about. You've lost the argument as usual.

I think you are a terrorist sympathizer and probably supporter. You hate the West and I've never seen you post anything condemning terrorist acts.

The Secret Service will give agent protection to Ben Carson and Donald Trump while heavily upgrading Hillary Clinton's existing detail, a Washington source close to the agency’s plans confirmed to Newsmax.

The deployment of agents around Republican candidates Trump and Carson is set to begin as early as next week. Approximately two dozen agents will be assigned to each candidate.

Clinton, the Democratic front-runner, has had Secret Service protection since leaving the White House as first lady in 2001, but her detail will be heavily upgraded by the agency’s move.

If you don't like that source there are plenty of others you can check. Being a former first lady Clinton always has the secret service assigned to her.

I highly doubt that. The only thing Ive ever heard him say was we shouldn't take these refugees in until we know who they are.

Trump says there is a "Muslim problem".

He is either an incredibly machiavellian genius - saying what he believes will get people to support him even if he doesn't believe it himself - or he is a bigoted idiot who thinks the words "muslim" and "extremism" are synonyms.

Thank you for providing that - it's the first I've heard of Secret Service protection for Trump (and Carson). I suppose Clinton's protection should have been expected as she is a former First Lady, but it wouldn't (normally) be provided just for joining the nomination race.

So, apart from voicing my discontent at how HR347 abridges freedom of expression, I have to withdraw my complaint the eviction of the woman was illegal.

Why is it when Americans protest that want sensible immigration and for the government to do one of the things it is actually suppose to do 'protect our shores' it's called 'racism.' Don't bite into it don't drink the Kook-aide. Like I said earlier, nobody sent for them.

So let me get this straight. A Muslim woman wore a shirt they didn't like, and they threw her out. How is this not a violation of her freedom of expression? She didn't even say anything.

Maybe those people need to learn a little tolerance. They scream freedom all the time, but they don't know how to honor it for people who think differently than they do.

And what horrible thing did this shirt say to warrant such retaliation? Salam. I come in peace.

How dare a Muslim woman stand up. Lol.

Because it is a not a public event. You have no "freedom" when you enter someone else's event. There are now sports teams that limit where fans wearing the opposition's gear can sit. It is their "right" to do so.

That is enough to start a brawl right there.

And she got treated like any American would.

She should be quite happy, being treated EXACTLY as anyone else would.

So is the problem that they should let people silent protest in rallies?

Or does it have something to do with Muslims?

It's a leftist/liberal thing. This bit of news is only important BECAUSE she was an islamist. There are powerful double-standards on display here by the left.

I don't think that the word Muslim should even be an issue in this discussion.

It shouldn't be, the the OP made is intentionally clear this was supposed to be an islamist thing. It doesn't matter that she was disruptive. It doesn't matter that she was treated exactly as any other person would have been treated. It's only important to point out that "OMG, Trump thew out an innocent islamist for not doing anything wrong". Inaccurate, sensationalized, and very biased. And, of course, not surprising.

So long as you aren't paying to attend an event, or it's not "by invitation", then there are no such restrictions in place at "public events". You can wear a t-shirt saying "I like Jesus" or "I Like Mohammed" and no-one has any right to do anything about that. And political rallies - even when held indoors - are not "private gatherings".

There are special exceptions, such as the one Michelle pointed out with HR347 and the Secret Service.

No, completely incorrect, and I'm guessing you know that, but decided to post it anyway just to get a bit of attention. Hey, congrats! It worked!

Should she be happy?

Are you happy that your right to peacefully protest is also abridged, or is this a case of "Oh well, it happened to someone else so I'll let it slide"?

Didn't you once serve? Wasn't that exactly to fight for the rights and freedoms of others? So, what happened?

Was it the secret service that escorted this women out of the event ?

Was it the secret service which beat up a man wearing a Black Lives Matters T-Shirt at a Trump rally.
