Hillary Clinton's nightmare

Recommended Posts

I've posted dozens of links here but the bottom line is every single one is supposition and based on leaks. I have said that many times throughout this thread so as not to mislead anyone. No one knows how this will end up until it ends and the repercussions could be massive or nonexistent.

Thanks... I was just curious if there was a direct quote from Comey sourced by someone cause I hadn't actually seen one, and have been following this scandal very closely.

Just to add as well... I wasn't suggesting you were misleading or anything like that... I thought I might have missed something is all, hence the question.

Sadly, I also believe that Clinton will slide through this scandal... as they(both Clintons... and Bush's for that matter) have for ALL their other scandals... like shi something through a goose!

The only direct quote from Comey is this one when he was in front of the House Judiciary Committee in a hearing that was intended to address the battle over Apple's encryption practices and Rep. Steve Chabot (R-Ohio) changed the subject and asked about the Hillary email server investigation. Comey responded:

"I can't, congressman, as you know we don't talk about our investigations," Comey responded. "What I can assure you is that I am very close personally to that investigation to ensure that we have the resources we need, including people and technology, and that it's done the way the FBI tries to do all of it's work: independently, competently and promptly. That's our goal, and I'm confident that it's being done that way, but I can't give you any more details beyond that."

The most boring right-bot scandal ever. At least a Birther like Donald Trump could generate some excitement with all that Birther CT nonsense...errr....analysis.

She sent emails that weren't classified and now they are. Maybe the Department should figure out what they want to hide from the people from what they don't proactively instead of retroactively? Other than that... if the FBI still doesn't know she's lying to them? The Emailer CT itself seems doomed.

Just so we all know what the rules are around here. The government is allowed to lie to us. There is no price, no judgment, no penalty, no punishment, no attention paid. Who went to jail for Iraq? Bueller? We can't lie to govt. We go to prison like Martha Stewart. Every time Donald Trump lies, "they all do it." The only person who can't lie is Hillary Clinton because she's so special and convenient.

Neither Trump or the Birther CT have anything to do with Hillary's potential indictment.

Umm, actually (according to leaks) she did a bit more than that in asking aides to remove classified headers from information before emailing it and stored classified material on an unsecured server. I reserve any judgement on the situation until I see if the FBI actually requests the AG to indict and evidence (beyond leaks) is brought forth.

Contrary to he statements about not lying, I am certain she has lied to the public in the past. As Secretary of State she was privy to information that could not be disseminated publicly and would require a lie to keep the secret. I have no doubts she did, as others have done before her and many more will continue to do in the future.

He knows all this because he posts the same drivel over and over again and each time someone explains all of the above and he just posts it again so he can argue with one sentence answers for three or four pages. He is looking for attention is all and the best way to shut his BS up is to ignore him.

If I said "everyone lies" what would that sound like to you? Total cop out, right?

I have plenty of doubts about the email conspiracy and it walks and quacks like a steaming pile. To take voters' attention off of her policies, and thereby giving her campaign the ultimate gift. The gift of mind numbingly blissful ignorance.

If I was God, you'd wake up tomorrow morning and Cynthia McKinney would be President.

I personally believe, predict:

  1. Hillary will be indicted in mid-June (4-5 weeks before the convention) - this gives ample time for the party to be "shocked" and regroup before the convention.
  2. Biden will step-up, throw his hat into the ring; he will get the nomination at the convention & accept (Bernie will step down as party leaders explain that Biden is their man).
  3. Approximately late September, early October, Obuma will pardon Hillary due to the "blood" on his hands, Hillary will eventually fade out living comfortably off the Clinton Foundation.

Hillary was acting on orders from the President (only the President's authority could have kept the IG out of the State Department for that entire time)... IMO the personal server was established to cover up the arms deals with and political backing of anti Bashar al-Assad groups and "Arab spring" organizers. Who else knows what... but we do know what those organizations morphed into... From this scenario, one can only surmise that the plan is to pardon Obuma after Biden wins the election.

(If you need more information about this, I think Merc can point you to his post that outlines it in great detail.)

I don't see how she sleeps at night. If anyone dies because of her emails she should be charged for their death.

Yet she thinks gun manufacturers should be held accountable for shootings... She's garbage.

Hey genius, if I read a top secret document and then type what it says into an unclassified email and send it to someone on an unclassified network to be stored on an unsecured server does that make the email unclassified?

P.S I hate to throw yamato a line because he just looking for attention with posts like the above but people just becoming aware of this need to understand the likely scenario behind what Queen Hillary is trying to spin as "They were never labeled as classified emails!" on her server. On top of this, people with security clearances are trained to recognize classified information when they see it and to protect it so her "They were never labeled as classified emails!" defense is not applicable here (although she does live in an above the law world so...)

If you hold a gun manufacturer responsible, you will also need to hold automobile manufacturers responsible for vehicular deaths. Perhaps a beekeeper could be held responsible if someone dies of a bee sting. A bee sting could have a mandatory minimum 8-10.

It's all insane BS that just p***es me off to no end. If she was serious at all or actually cared at all, why bother with the gun manufacturer? Shouldn't she go straight to the ammunition manufacturer? I mean, without bullets a gun is practically useless.

ETA: I wrote my opinion to add to Krytec's comment which I agree with, not to debate it.

Hillary Clinton is a super shill for the establishment and she'll rip up the 2nd Amendment too from the sounds of it. Not only does the latest scandal lead to mass ignorance of Hillary Clinton's policies, it constipates the political process including Bernie Sanders promise to turn his support over to Hillary Clinton albeit with hopeful conditions attached, and delays other stronger alternatives who aren't Hillary Clinton sellouts from entering the race.

A Ventura/Stein or Ventura/Stern or Ventura/Johnson ticket would be far better than the giant douche Donald Trump vs. the turd sandwich Hillary Clinton.

What would you have me do? Alert the FBI? As far as I know they are on teh case. This is why we use "genius" as a pejorative when addressing you.

And excuse me for being unimpressed with the all-bark and no-bite.

You seem glued to this thread which contains a hundred or so links with the latest news so either you aren't checking the links, you are checking the links but aren't bright enough to follow the story or you are just trolling without a bit of knowledge regarding this subject. Which is it?

I'm not just looking for attention, you GOP billboard.

Oy vey. Name calling. Socialist. I am sticking my tongue out while posting that to stay in theme with your whining.

Why do you always talk about me, even in a reply to me?

Great sentence. LMAO. It's too easy.

BTW, I asked you a question which was in direct response to your post so why didn't you answer? Here, I'll change a few words and ask again, "If I read a top secret document and type what it says into an unclassified email and then send that email to someone on an unclassified network, where it is subsequently stored on an unsecured server, is that the email now unclassified?"

Yes of no? Simple response is all that is required and then we can address your questions in post #103 or you can always unfollow this thread and seek attention elsewhere. Your call genius but I'll keep asking and make it bigger each time. Hell, I'll PM it to you in case you are skipping over it.

Sour news, chaps.. :unsure2:

Former Inspector General: Powerful Democrat Women Standing in Way of Hillary Indictment

http://archive.is/Yp6xo

Even if the FBI decides Clinton holds the ultimate responsibility for creating the private server, “It will never get to an indictment,” Krongard tells the Post. The decision to act on the FBI’s recommendation would have to pass through, “four loyal Democrat women.” Krongard is referring to Loretta Lynch and her deputies Leslie Caldwell and Sally Yates. In addition, Valerie Jarrett, one of President Obama’s top advisers, could weigh in.

Clinton has Obama's Senior Advisor and the Attorney General in her corner, according to the former Inspector General.

Also..

Krongard notes that Gen. Petraeus’ lawyer, David Kendall, is also Clinton’s lawyer. Until a few months ago, Kendall kept a thumb drive with a copy of her emails on a thumb drive in his office (the State Department sent him a special safe to keep it in). That arrangement changed when “top secret” information was discovered among Clinton’s emails. The FBI seized the thumb drive from Kendall and the private server from the hosting company that kept it after Clinton left her post at the State Department.

All hope lies with the FBI..

I don't know how you can go from Top Secret to Unclassified by that route, so no. I'm not preventing you from making that point, although you'd have a much better point if you had an indictment, or an example of such top secret email to offer up as evidence. Why doesn't court action confer with your leakage?

But since you want to be captain know it all about this "issue" then based on real laws, give me the real charges in your indictment. Don't respond with rhetoric or vitriol or more p*** about me, give me real charges based on real laws.

I think it is a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation now. She is obviously guilty, as anyone familiar with classified material handling knows, and a LOT of people know that. 20 years ago the Clinton's owned the media but a lot has changed in those two decades and the word gets out now no matter how many people you threaten to destroy. Her biggest problem is she is a HORRIBLE candidate, not at all likeable, a record of failure and dirty as any politician could possibly be and the voters just don't like her...again.

So she gets off. No indictment. Highly likely. The FBI and DoJ will be inundated with cases brought by defendants convicted for a whole lot less but why would Obama care? He hasn't cared about law and order to date has he?

Well, he does care about his legacy and this new generation of voters is not a slave to the MSM, they read their own sources and the DNC is not taking care of them. Should be interesting.

The why the posts like 103? You don't bring a case against Hillary Clinton unless you have everything nailed down and drawn out so your average idiot can understand when they take it public. Your post 103 clearly blames the GOP for this case when it is clearly a criminal case that has NOTHING to do with politics, legally. Do you agree?

Since you PM'ed it I was sure not to miss it. Good work, Merc!

Oh vey? What's that mean?

I don't claim to have all this knowledge about this issue, that's why I'm not drawing conclusions. I'm waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting and now still waiting. And since nothing's happened yet that's why I'm now asking you above for your formal charges since you've got it all figured out.

I never said Hillary Clinton is innocent of anything. I have said however that there's much better dirt on Hillary Clinton out there than her email shuffling. As for this latest scandal that's more full of speculation and nonsense than it is fact, the authorities will cut through the BS. If they press charges, it'll be time for us to focus on this, too. In the meantime, you're still missing the forest through the tree. Because that's your forest. You and Hillary both.

It would be a criminal case having nothing to do with politics if the GOP ceased to exist on this earth. We're about 40% of the way there thanks to Donald Trump.

You're impatient and that is a rational response. Unfortunately every single one of your other responses, before challenged, was irrational and very immature.

I never said Hillary Clinton is innocent of anything.

You have said it is a GOP witch hunt and she hasn't done anything other SecStates haven't done. In other words, innocent.

I have said however that there's much better dirt on Hillary Clinton out there than her email shuffling.

Yes, all right wing conspiracy, made up lies. LMAO.

Put yourself in the President's shoes, you either:

(1) Let Hillary burn and the blood on your hands is exposed, your "legacy" is devastated, or

(2) Protect Hillary and subsequently yourself, your "legacy" may be tarnished for a bit - but in reality the hate mail will be directed to Lynch.

The sins he is hiding are more egregious than letting Clinton walk. He will protect himself, Hillary is merely along for the ride, and ensure his part in the history book contains no scandal. Whatever backlash comes of this debacle, it certainly won't be his problem...
