BREAKING. Hilary put spies lives at risk

Source

From the article

Hillary’s emails also include the names of foreigners who are on the CIA payroll, according to Intelligence Community officials. Since it can be safely assumed that several foreign intelligence agencies intercepted Ms. Clinton’s unencrypted communications, this directly threatens the lives of the exposed individuals. “It’s a death sentence,” explained a senior Intelligence Community official: “if we’re lucky only agents, not our officers, will get killed because of this.” (Agents are foreigners working for U.S. intelligence while officers are American staffers.)

Besides what Oversword just posted what makes you think no damage was done? What makes you think we'll ever know of it or that none will occur in the future because of it? You've taken a surprisingly naive approach to this situation. Why not have our top officials just use their own gmail accounts. Seriously. What difference would it make?

It's amazing when someone complains one minute about the damage and killing we are doing in the ME and the next defends someone who could be putting those same lives in danger.

I don't see how she sleeps at night. If anyone dies because of her emails she should be charged for their death.

Because megalomaniacs think only of themselves. If there is anything keeping her awake at night it's only a concern for what's going to happen to her. Lying to the families faces about the video doesn't trouble her one bit. She's not troubled over her responsibility, or lack thereof, in the Benghazi incident. She's only troubled as to wether or not it will have a negative affect on her quest for power.

We can only hope this scandal eventually has that affect on her.

Just to continue a thought from earlier. Usually, in order to send out emails, one usually receives emails from others that require action. And some of those knew they were sending/receiving data from an unsecured email. They say that it takes two to tango, so who where those that were corresponding with her? Were there multiple recipients?

State isn't releasing 18 emails between her and Obama.

He had earlier said that he learned about her private email addy when we all did, through the media.

Just another lie.

Teh classifed emails would have had to have been on the SIPRNET or the secret government emails system. For Hillary to have read them on the NIPRNET or open emails system someone would have had to copy them to a unclassified computer (violation #'s 1 and 2) removed the classified headers or done a simple C&P (violation #3) and then sent them out on the NIPRNET to Hillary. (violation #4). At this point, upon receiving classified material you are to report the breach, which Hillary obviously didn't do (vioaltion #5) and protect the material (she left it on an unsecured server violation #6). Even if the material is not marked classified you have to declare it if you suspect it is classified, something the SecState is obviously capable of.

The final BIG crime was her willful destruction of 30k emails. What this means is that now the FBI doesn't even know what classified material has been exposed! Unless they can rebuild that server we may never know what information our "enemies have access to. In other words, they know more about Hillary's server than we do. This is the crime that should land her in jail regardless of her status.

So in answer to your question there will be many people indicted along with Hillary Clinton. I am guessing that right now the FBI is trying to determine who to arrest and see if any are wuilling to make a deal in order to try and figure out what was in those 30k destroyed emails.

I doubt these particular emails would have been on the SPN since they originated from a SAP. Although, by the time it is all over, we could find the whole range of classification (level and category).

For Hillary to have read them on the NIPRNET or open emails system someone would have had to copy them to a unclassified computer (violation #'s 1 and 2) removed the classified headers or done a simple C&P (violation #3) and then sent them out on the NIPRNET to Hillary. Correct, and if these emails were sap, you had to be read into the program (and out) which means being told not to do what was done. Then you have annual security refreshers so that you don’t forget. This breach was done deliberately.

You’d have to subpoena servers from the Pentagon and State Department, including servers that the other recipients reside on which could be AOL, google, etc.

So in answer to your question there will be many people indicted along with Hillary Clinton. I am guessing that right now the FBI is trying to determine who to arrest and see if any are wuilling to make a deal in order to try and figure out what was in those 30k destroyed emails.

I’m sure there will be a few. I’m sure the FBI will be trying to convince them to testify before the Clinton machine can get to them and they mysteriously die.

22 new Top Secret messages, some of which are above Top Secret and yes, some of these did divulge HUMINT sources, collection methods. Serious stuff and something even a neophyte would recognize as very sensitive info.

Actually didn't she say her lawyers did all the printing and deleting? I think these lawyers need to be dragged into the FBI investigation also. Put their feet to the fire on Federal Conspiracy charges and see what they say they really deleted.

I'd FIRE those lawyers if I was Hillary, since they screwed up and left so many classified (and higher) class emails get into the hands of the FBI.

It would only be like asking that only if something Hillary Clinton did was equivalent to a kid playing with a gun. And that is?

Anyone could be hacking John Kerry's email servers right now and we wouldn't even know it. I can suppose anything I want too, hell anything's possible. Do you want to live in a world where you're prosecuted for what you could possibly do wrong? That was the rationale for the invasion of Iraq incidentally.

If Mr Kerry has TOP SECRET Stuff on his non-government account, then YEAH put him to the question.

Actually aren't you forgetting all those Federal Employees (several in the State Department) who were charged with the same situational breaches of security and who were convicted on Federal Charges?

The answer is one of two....

1) She did what she wanted regardless of rules, regulations, laws, advice and common sense.

or...

2) She didn't deal with Classified data knowingly, because she is an idiot slacker grabbing at power, and could have been replaced by a sock puppet for all the real work she did.

I'm not sure which is more scary, but I think either should be good reason NOT to vote for her this year.

Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., said,

“While it is not clear precisely when Secretary Clinton decided to permanently delete all emails from her server, it appears she made the decision after October 28, 2014, when the Department of State for the first time asked the secretary to return her public record to the Department,” Gowdy said in a statement. “Not only was the secretary the sole arbiter of what was a public record, she also summarily decided to delete all emails from her server ensuring no one could check behind her analysis in the public interest.”

Clinton was under a subpoena order from the panel for all documents related to the 2012 attacks on the American compound there. But David Kendall, an attorney for Clinton, said the 900 pages of emails previously provided to the panel cover its request.

Kendall also informed the committee that Clinton’s emails from her time at the State Department have been permanently erased.

If memory serves they were thinking of giving immunity to the tech that ran her server but decided not to so they could prosecute him later if he was found culpable of some other crime. I am thinking that the tech wiped the drive, rather than just deleted the emails which is why the FBI is having such a hard time resurrecting the data. That is just a guess on my part, however, Diechecker.

According to this latest article there are now over 150 FBI agents involved in the Hillary case and the investigation has expanded from improper handling of classified information to public corruption surrounding the relationship between the Clinton Foundation and the State Department. There is little doubt there was massive corruption going on with both Bill and Hilary with regards to the Clinton Foundation and if the punishment of the governor of Virginia is any example she should be in jail. Bob McDonnell, the governor of VA, was sentenced to jail time for far less than the millions Hillary made selling influence so if she gets off he will have a much stronger case for lessening his sentence.

Clinton Says She Let Lawyers Decide Whether Emails Were Work or Personal

Former Secretary of State says she didn’t look at emails before turning them over to State Department

Sept. 27, 2015 12:13 p.m. ET

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Sunday that she didn’t personally review her emails to determine which related to work and which were personal before turning them over to the State Department, but relied on her attorneys to make the proper determinations.

Asked on NBC whether it was possible that work-related emails were wrongly deleted from her personal server, she replied that the process was “exhaustive” but that she didn’t personally participate.

“I didn’t look at them,” she said. “I wanted them to be as clear in their process as possible. I didn’t want to be looking over their shoulder. If they thought it was work-related, it would go to the State Department. If not, then it would not.”

Mrs. Clinton both restated her confidence in the process her attorneys used but also removed herself from the decision making. She said that after that process was complete, she told her staff that she didn’t need the personal emails and they were deleted.

Is your statement from before or after Sept 21, 2015?

I thought this was old news....

Outside computer specialists have said the FBI has the technical capability to recover deleted e-mails. The exact number of personal e-mails recovered by the FBI could not be learned.

Once the e-mails have been extracted, a group of agents has been separating personal correspondence and passing along work-related messages to agents leading the investigation, the person said.

The FBI has everything, they are just putting it all together.

I've read later articles that said they were having a hard time recovering the emails which led me to believe the drive was wiped. Recovering deleted stuff is very easy but a wiped drive is much harder and a properly wiped drive nearly impossible. Honestly, I have no idea how successful the FBI has been and I suspect they are playing their cards very close to the chest given the parties involved, At work we zap them with a giant drive wiper(massive capacitor that fuses the thing) or send them to be incinerated.

I was led to believe that it wasn't the Server storage place, or even the IT guy that put it in her house, but just staffers who deleted the email. Either way, I don't believe anything has been "Confirmed" and all this information is basically leaked rumor.

A lot of this info came out of the Benghazi hearings so not rumors. Te whole "HS, Hillary has a private server in a bathroom!" was a by-product of those hearings. Platte River Networks was the tech firm that ran her server but they were a small business that had no business dealing with such high level networking (that is a quote from the employees of Platte River). Why Platte River? Well, the VP of sales was a big DNC donor and had some connections or some such thing. http://www.dailymail...sages-held.html

That is when the FBI got interested and took a look at Hill's SIPR account and other classified traffic and discovered we had a really BIG problem. The server itself was left virtually unprotected to the point that you and I could've probably hacked it according to the White Hats tha took a look. I remember one of them actually laughing on TV when asked how secure the server was.

At that point the investigation turned into an official criminal investigation and info dried up. Since that point you are right, all we are getting is leaks. The leaks are from Issa and some other Senate Intelligence gurus but they are just leaks so yes, all is alleged.

Honestly, I have seen the Clintons wiggle out of so many criminal enterprises that I have little faith left that we will ever see this creature brought to justice.

The secrecy of government! I think you've finally found your calling Merc.

If Mr Kerry has TOP SECRET Stuff on his non-government account, then YEAH put him to the question.

You'll first have to find out whether or not Mr. Kerry has TOP SECRET stuff on his "non-government account", and if this crap is so important, why haven't we? Way to put the cart before the horse and duck the question.

Actually aren't you forgetting all those Federal Employees (several in the State Department) who were charged with the same situational breaches of security and who were convicted on Federal Charges?

So, skipping completely over that thing you said about a kid with a gun, whatever that meant, what "situational breaches of security" are you now so gung ho about prosecuting? This folds right back into my original question. What damage to the nation has been done?

Normally when something is classified it means don't release it to the public, which is what private means. If government secrecy is so important, we should want it kept private, but there are those who, in the name of govt secrecy, would rather release it to the public. If our Secretary of State has a private server and it's not private, that is a security breach. Private means nobody looks at it but her. Top Secret means other people are going to see it who have clearance to do so. But if Top Secret emails are on her private server and that's what the problem is, I would go after the sender not the receiver.

This goes right to the heart of the NSA issue. "Well in this case they're Republican investigators, so it's okay!" "They won't release anything that could damage the nation!" If I only had such faith.

Well, you are right that apparently no harm has been done yet, but we have standards to our classified documents, and some people, like General Petraeus who have been prosecuted and forced to leave office/service due to breaches of this security.

You're going to say, "But why do we need this security if the documents aren't really that dangerous?". And the truth is that they do this to prevent ANY information from coming out. Here at Intel (where we design and build microprocessors and memory media), we have to trash all documents that could have any numbers or data on them at all into special classified containers. This is because if our competitor gets one small piece of info, and then ten thousand more small pieces of info, they can put it together into a GIANT piece of info, and possibly copy our processes and products. The same applies to government documents. If say you let out a document of a minor diplomats schedule, then that combined with a handful of other bits of intel, can lead another nations spy into knowing where that person will be, what he is doing and who he is talking to. And knowing is what makes the world go around. So we try to prevent anyone from knowing anything that the government is doing.

Is there a countering argument that is as good that we should have full disclosure? I don't think so. We have numerous records that we can watch/read which are what the public has the right to know. We don't need to know the workings of the Pentagon, or the White House, or the Congress. That level of openness will lead to a lack of security for our people world wide.

As to Mr Kerry, I'm sure he 100% uses a government account for his work email. That is... if he has a brain in his head. I'm sure he also doesn't have to carry around Two Phones... (That excuse is so stupid....)

Well, that is a bit of convoluted logic isn't it? Actually email done while working for the government BELONGS to the government. They own all the work she did. It doesn't BELONG to her. She owns the civilian email, but not the work email, which is one of the reasons it was stupid to do this in the first place. It's not like she had a personal non-government email... HillaryRClinton@Clintonmail.com... and one for work.... SecStateHillary@Clintonmail.com. Which would have been still legal by the rules at the time, but would have at least shown segregation of what was the governments and what was hers.

Government documents are NOT private. They are public, but are withheld depending on the danger in the information on the document. All non-classified documents can be requested with no problem. And classified documents also, with a wait and some redacting...
