My line came from Switzerland, and I think that it was just one line. I have German Peters (hee) as forebears, though. I'm mostly British and Irish, though. List some of your Irish surnames. :tu:

What can I say.....

Let me get this straight; council officials decree not to celebrate St George's Day because 'the region is too multi cultural', and immigrants are blamed?!!

Might want to blame your council officials for making such an utterly ridiculous decision. The city I live in is excessively multi cultural, and no national festivity has ever been cancelled due to multi culturalism. This is so idiotic its comical.
