Donald Trump versus Hillary Clinton:

I agree, Donald is like a cartoon character come to life...

Same/same.

That was kinda my point lol

The same people repeating their same tired points over and over again need a refreshing jolt of truth every now and then...My point being Hill is just as big a clown as Trump if not moreso!

America! What have you done?

Well we set our destiny to go the way of Rome and become another third world country. Ain't oligarchism grand?

Here's a nice report about it.

O.K, has she really helped women and what has she accomplished when she was secretary of state?

Well, she's at least raised the issue of women in this election cycle, as has Sanders. Trump has said _________. (Please fill in the blank for yourself.)

As far as her term as SoS, I agree. It wasn't good.

“The real enemy is Hillary Clinton and four more years of essentially Obama,” Trump said. “The country cannot take it. Our country is not going to be able to survive four more years of incompetence and bad decision-making. As Bernie Sanders says loud and clear, Hillary Clinton suffers from bad judgment.”

Oh, “And frankly, if Hillary Clinton were a man, I don't think she'd get five percent of the vote. filling in the blank for myself. Seriously though, there's nothing to fill in other than that and so what if she's a woman. Now all of a sudden gender counts with the left? Now the left want to be politically correct about gender?

Judging by available betting odds, the % likelihood of being prez is 75 Hillary, 25 Trump. Assuming those two are the final candidates.

I'm curious, what were the odds of Trump winning the Republican nomination, or being the front runner from start to finish? He seems to have a way of disproving predictions that are made about him.

The general election is too far away to the the polls too seriously.

I'm really unhappy with both options. I wish more people would of actually looked at Kasich but all people care about is being entertained I guess.

That's a fairly selective memory. Yet 70% of the women in the US have an unfavourable view on Trump. Why do you think that is?

That is true but it shows the current trend.

R.I.P. moderate viable candidates. :(

But, Trump & Sanders are the only 2 that are against the TPP .

I don't support TPP either. That also doesn't mean that for that reason alone I'd support either.

Oh, oh yeah the polls . Are you for real?

Are you? That's the current trend, there's plenty of time for it to go up or down.

yes I'm being serious. you're defending polling. And when I asked hey, what's Hillary ever done for women ?you couldn't answer it . And when I asked what's she achieved while she was secretary of state ? again , nothing, you couldn't say anything...but you simply believe in those polls without evidence or proof .

Yes, polling detects trends, which change. What part of what I've said don't you understand?

At least she's stood up for women while Trump's a blatant misogynist. That, and I agreed with you that Clinton was a failure as SoS.

Can I make myself any clearer, or should I type slower?

It's Hilary time. Sanders fought well but Democrats went for the ''safest bet'', and the possibility of electing the first women for President was probably too hard to resist. That being said, things were even worst on the Republican side. Cruz - the main alternative to Trump - is a religious fanatic. Jeb Bush well, is a Bush.

Really, I think it comes down to a lack of high quality candidate. No one really stood out, except Trump... Hilary has been crowned as expected...

"It is remarkable how a country that is so good at business, science, the arts and just about everything else can be so bad at politics. There are now 318 million Americans, including many of the world’s most creative and brilliant people: the US electorate ought by rights to be spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing its president.

Yet from this immense talent pool, the American political system has managed to narrow the race down to two supremely flawed human beings, neither of whom remotely deserves to be in the White House.

On the one hand we have Hillary Clinton, a scandal-ridden, uninspiring candidate whose Left-wing policies would destroy what is left of US exceptionalism; on the other is Donald Trump, a demagogue who specialises in whipping up hate and threatening cataclysmic trade wars."

America! What have you done?

hillary left wing hahahahaha

I've been watching the campaigns very closely. I watched President Obama being asked about Hillary and emails.

He said it was not intentially done and he BELIEVES she is not guilty. He seemed on the hot seat because he communicated with her. Being lawyers he addressed intent.

He said he is not privy to that branch of the government's investigation. When it comes to highly classified or lower classified items being transferred to a private unprotected server, unlike the other laws that require intent, defence department doesn't require a breach to have intent. Carelessness or not a breach of US security doesn't need to have intent!

This makes me wonder if Hillary may be indited later in the race. The investigation shouldn't be taking this long in my opinion. I suspect politics is heavily involved with Hillary investigation more then it should be.

Trump vs Hillary, but if the **** really hits the fan maybe Bernie will be last Democratic nominee standing. He is most honest candidate of the two, but I can see Trump going after him in the same ways he did to all his rivals.

Bernie is a progressive but I hear communist and socialist especially coming from Trump if Hillary gets indited as she probably should be whether or not there was intent on her part.

A last minute third party candidate will probably be running since both Trump and Hillary have the same kind of dislike and are not trusted in the polls for a general election.

This is the weirdest presidential election I've ever seen. God help the USA the front runners aren't the kind of leaders we need at this critical time in history. I can't help thinking Trump will be facing someone besides Hillary in the end.

I think Kasich was a better option for a Republican too.

The only thing about his balancing the Ohio budget they failed to mention was that Ohio had a boom of funds coming in from gas industry and farmers with lump sums being taxed otherwise the budget probably wouldn't have looked as well.

Kasich seems honest and middle ground but he just isn't as flashy as the great Trump but I agree he was a better choice as a Republican nominee.

Trump changes opinions too much to take him seriously on his word. Sanders has been fighting the same fight for years and is more true to his causes and sending a message to have all people to vote to make a difference and go back to real democracy of all people being able to vote and is showing everyone a campaign can be run and funded without big political PACs and the powers that be funding candidates in shady ways. His message is by the people all the people and for all people. A grassroots activism to have a strong country that protects all of us and our individual freedoms. I like his messages and I'm not under 40 either. He reminds me of Ross Perot but he won't give up as soon easily. Ross Perot was right about the big sucking sound of NAFTA and so was Bernie. Bernie goes on just like the energizer bunny year after year. He is a man with a mission not a communist but that's what they want us to believe.

Yeah we got his grass roots. I was once for him until I took a closer look. I don't want America to be this welfare state , no. They'll be nothing but lot's of redistribution as usual and lot's of back door government control of the private sector. No thanks. Have you ever considered the fact that we already redistribute trillions a year on redistribution of wealth? and to note, he is so part of the establishment, why do you think he want's to aggressively go after "climate control"?

from a link-

Fifteen trillion dollars: That’s how much American taxpayers have forked over in the name of helping the poor since 1964. And what do we have to show for it? A poverty rate that has barely budged, an entrenched bureaucracy, and a population — like that of Greece and Portugal, two welfare-state basket cases — increasingly dependent on government handouts.
