Nines quite a common "sacred number".

It's the first odd square number, is a square of a Trinagular number and a triangular number itself....

There are only eight planets. Pluto is a dwarf planet. If you insist that pluto us a full planet, then you also have to include Ceres, Haumea, Makemake and Eris, which would bring yout planetary total up to 13, and thus making your "nine" connection meaningless.

What might seem like big coincidences, could also be chancing conveniently looked upon coincidences. And I have seen other numbers, and other things, to come to the appearance that something is up. ;)

But, if we look at it a different way, is it a mathematical process that many civilizations use as a convenience? Then, how would one, if so, come to deduce of how many planets in our solar system?

In which, makes sense.

But, sorry to be a downer on this or sort, *cringes* but there does seem be a new discovery of another planet that just might take Pluto's place.

Of course, then again, there also might be more stuff and planets there to be discovered that even might up the planet number to above nine. *shrugs*
