Giant alligator panics golfers on course

Still Waters

Now that I look at it, there is a "Sun glint" on the tail, facing us.

Yet there is a shadow of part of the gator as it crosses the bunker, which is not only opposite where it should be but also looks faked.

Took another look. As the gator is moving, shadow down. As the gator crosses the edge of the bunker it's shadow angle changes to make it look like it's crossing the edge of the bunker.

Fake.

This one, that was caught in Florida recently, was pretty big as well.

Got me thinking of that poor women that was taken by a crocodile in Australia last week - can you imagine the horror of getting caught and dragged under by a beast like this!?! *shudders*

Yeah, Saltwater Crocs get pretty darn huge, but I didn't realise Alligators got that big.

That incident sounds horrific, she screamed "A Croc's got me" and continued to do so as she was taken under. Just the description alone I find terrifying, what a horrible way to go, poor woman.

All we have to worry about is Bull Shark s on our golf Courses!!!

From the article:

“He doesn’t bother anybody and they don’t bother him, he’s like a mascot for the course,” course employee Wendy Schofield told 3 News.

“He has been here for a very, very long time."

I still think it's fake. Shadows don't match.

  • Eagle: 2-under on a hole
  • Double eagle (or albatross): 3-under on a hole

That's big, but the kid is on the other side of the tractor. Perspective makes it look a lot larger then it really is. Still that is a big one....

Yeah, I can see that he stands in front of the other tractor wheel, but you have the tractor itself to use as an size comparison tool, also.

Here is a pretty large beast too>>

Yeah, an absolutely horrible way to go.

I wouldn't go looking for my golf ball in these waters. Swimming with bull sharks in the water is not advisable, to say the least.. It's them, the Great White, and Oceanic WhiteTip, that one should stay clear of.

The Oceanic WhiteTip are like piranhas. They could seem a bit cautious  & apprehensive at first, when they "measure up" the prey. But as soon one of them make the leap at the prey, then all of the others join in in a frenzy - like  piranhas.

I see no reason to fake a video of an alligator on a golf course. It's pretty common in Florida and, as I've stated, here in New Orleans, too. People have built in their domain and they aren't about to get out of our way for our silly game of golf. :P If you have ever watched Swamp People, you'd see and know that they can get that big, especially if their territory is not readily accessible to people. I've seen a 13 foot caught by Troy Landry on the show.

The club-house shop not only sells golf equipment, I hear it does a roaring trade in underwear for the golfers who crap themselves when they meet this monster on the course.

If this is real, and a " mascot" at that golf course why, oh why, are there not a thousand vids of this beast?

Why just one? Doesn't make any sense.

It was on NBC's Facebook page. It's 100% real. Sorry Debunkers.

Where are the other vids?

Surely for such a "mascot" there must be numerous vids. Numerous!!

Where are they? Why don't they exist?

It seems entirely reasonable for me to ask this simple question.

So, what's the answer?

Do you Not consider NBC a reputable news source when it comes to wildlife?

NBC might be a Liberal news agency but I don't think they're in the habit of

broadcasting Bigfoot, Loch Ness and Alien stuff.

WHERE ARE OTHER VID'S ????????????

For a "mascot" surely there must be many.

But there is not, only this single one. I call total BS.

What, exactly, are you basing that assumption off of?
