While I agree with you about WHY its happening now, it is a new lawsuit filed in federal court not just warming up an old story.

Huh, so it is.  Might have to dust off the old rape thread.  There is more info in the new suits as well.  If I remember right, the last one got dismissed because she messed up her address on the paperwork or something.
