Appleinvestigator Posted July 10, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 10, 2016 (edited) Hello, A couple of weeks ago, I tried meditation, and found something which really helped with some Sensory Processing discomfort.... With meditation the best thing personally seemed to be this newfound technique of sitting in the woods nude for an hour shivering, stimming, and following all those compulsions that come with sensory processing disorder. After about 15 mins doing this, there seemed to be a very tangible, incredible spiritual connection to the surrounding nature. It felt psychic, like making predictions and telekenesis were a natural part of the meditation process. Is this a type of meditation? It was very eye-opening, and I would love to figure out how to perfect this technique. Thanks! -Apple Edited July 10, 2016 by Appleinvestigator
