Yes, there is indeed something very odd about all this. It's almost like some the far left folks want to start a huge war and put the whole world in turmoil?

It is not that confusing either. Overseas, Some React With Alarm to Trump’s ‘America First’ Pledge . I've just had a quick look at the article but I wonder why Trump saying he is putting America first is any different to what other administrations have done ...?.... other governments all over the world... Didn't they put their own country first..?....either openly or covertly - I'm sure the voters would like to know if they are voting for someone who intends to put their own country 'at the back of the queue'.....or down the line of priorities - but of course the Globalists in cahoots with the Mind Control Media (and Intelligence Services ?) don't put any country first - the agenda is put first --- .

But he has been pretty mean and vindictive in the past Lilly....and the same can be said for Hillary. The Obama's were also very gracious...and so were the Clinton's as far as I could see (even through possible gritted teeth) ? And so they should have all shown grace and decorum. After all....millions upon millions of people were watching this historical event.

Without getting into globalist conspiracy theories I also wonder now, especially the reasons the common folk overseas are protesting, from those reasons their national governments are. That is if those reasons are even different. Might be the same, economics mixed in with national pride. I say take it out at the World Cup with some footie. Can Trump make the USA soccer team great again? Edited January 21, 2017 by Avatar Samantha Ai

They simply refuse to see their own shortcomings, and refuse to learn their lessons from defeat. I don't get why an entire political movement bases their agenda off blatantly lying to the citizens of the US. And yes, that is a generalization, but yes, that is an accurate one--I'm not talking about specific people, just the US progressive left as a socially-demented political movement. Just look at some of the anti-Trump posters here: blatantly lying one post after another and knowingly doing it. Trump has his problems, yet none want to focus on the real ones and instead are quite pleased to troll us with made-up ones. WTF is wrong with people these days, why do they think being complete liars is the cool thing to do? I don't know what their problem is. It's mind boggling they can just spew stuff that isn't true. The protestors remind me of a bunch of parrots just repeating what they were taught to say, not understanding what they are saying or why. They also remind of Hitlers brown shirts yet they compare Trump to Hitler and I should add Chicken Little, the sky is falling run for your life. They keep doing this and one day if Trump does do something he needs to be called on no one will believe them. I know I'm seeing the left in a different light and may never vote democrat again because of it. Not that I think all the republicans are that great but the left has sunk to a new low. The democratic party has changed so much if JFK was alive today he would be considered a conservative.

I never invoke Godwin, but it just can't be avoided at this time. The irony and comparison is too strong. The hypocrisy is strong too, because over and over and over the left claims they are tolerant and open-minded. Yet, from what we're seeing from some posters here and the protesters (even world-wide), the opposite is very true. 8 minutes ago, Ashotep said: They keep doing this and one day if Trump does do something he needs to be called on no one will believe them. I'm tired of everyone always being on their worst behavior when talking about these people. It's refreshing to watch a nice piece where the players are being cordial and gracious. I'm sure I'll be watching more video of the inauguration, I am hoping for more positive things to come.
Lilly Posted January 21, 2017 #470 Share Posted January 21, 2017 Anyone physically attacking people and destroying property need to be arrested...irrespective of their political beliefs. Here's an idea for those who absolutely hate the notion of a conservative being President: 1) Suck it up and wait until the next election. 2) Find another country whose form of government you like and immigrate there. It's really not that difficult, if you don't like the law here and you don't want to accept our form of government then you are free to go elsewhere. However, you are not free to break the law, threaten the President, advocate violent over throw of the duly elected government.

If this anti democratic, childish nonsense is going to go on and on --- perhaps anyone arrested where law and order breaks down should be fined very heavily to cover the costs of the policing..?... this might discourage enough of them so the real trouble makers can be nailed and jailed...? at some point will the Obamas and Clintons and the celebrities and the Hollywood lot etc etc stand together and publically appeal for it to calm down..to accept the election result and move on....? or are they secretly loving it ? .
F3SS Posted January 21, 2017 #475 Share Posted January 21, 2017 I love how the rioters destroyed a Starbucks meanwhile Starbucks has been their biggest supporters. These people are automatons. They don't pay attention to the news, the political scene or have a clue what they're upset about. They're just out for anarchy. Trump is their excuse but they really don't have any kind of rationale or ability to think.
