Dolphin in Australia is found wearing a shirt

Wildlife officials are investigating reports of a dolphin that was spotted wearing some sort of garment.

Looking at the picture it's hard to tell what that is the dolphin is wearing, the material looks a bit heavy almost like canvas. I hope they can locate the dolphin and remove whatever it is, poor thing.
