That's BS Yamato. There never was a Palestine nation. There were lines drawn up, but then those people went to war against the people on the other side of the lines, and the lines changed. You can'd deny the existance of something that never existed. You can't destroy something that never existed.

Those people are still there. Their politics/government (such as it is, run by thugs) is still there. And their culture is still there. And they never were a nation...

Thus no genocide.

That's the definition from the dictionary we have to use here.   And your rhetoric is genocidal according to the definition of genocide   "There never was a Palestine nation." and "never existed" is some of the most extreme Zionist rhetoric I've ever heard.   I don't know where you're getting your information but it isn't from the books of international law.

They're a nation right now and 136 other nations agree.

Yeah. I went back and fixed that before you posted.

That's what I said. They'd not have to submit to inspectors anymore.

Okay so Iran should leave the treaty then.  Nuts!

That part was vital.  You won't get the point if you don't accept the cause of the problem.

At best it was opinion and guesses. It didn't explain anything about why Iran should be allowed ballistic missiles and nuclear devices.

Are you seriously saying that if we just "leave them alone" they'll "grow out" of the desire for nuclear weapons and total control over their people, and hatred of the USA? Seriously??

And thus why NATO didn't send bombers after Israel, but instead sent them a message.

That's hardly "execution style". It was a melee battle with Turkish men brawling with the Israeli commandos. Reports are that the Turks had knives and clubs.

I do agree that no one should have died at all, and the Israeli raid was stupid. But, I don't see murder here, I see a melee where the commandos only had guns, and so used them.

Looks like the UN never did get to the bottom of who shot whom and why.

Go find me where Palestine was an actual nation. Then we can talk more. The Palestinians have never, since before the Romans, ever had self rule. They've always been a territory of a larger nation. They certainly can have a ethnic identity, but that's not at risk here.

They are not a nation. They are a Observer State in the UN. Those 136 nations agreed they have that landless status. That's what the UN agreed to at this point.

Putting a pistol up to someone's head is execution style enough, like the most famous photos of the Holocaust ever printed, and shooting them solely in the back is even worse.

The commandos only had guns?  No they didn't.   You really need to just learn all you can about that incident before making anymore excuses.

I'm seriously saying international law, honoring the NNPT by punishing non-compliance, and not dealing with Iran based on this paranoid (or evil?) fantasy.

There's the problem with arguing two sides of the coin, you can't land it on the side and get both.

They have a nuclear program now and every right to have it.   Blame your own govt for giving it to them when they liked their flavor of the month dictator.

Palestine as "a state without any land" is a figment of your imagination.  Your positions are far more extreme than even the Israelis'.

SAMSON OPTION

Israel's Nuclear Arsenal
and American Foreign Policy

Seymour M. Hersh

***

Author's Note

This is a book about how Israel became a nuclear power in
secret. It also tells how that secret was shared, sanctioned, and,
at times, willfully ignored by the top political and military offi-
cials of the United States since the Eisenhower years.

In it, you will find many senior American officials being
quoted — most of them for the first time — about what they
knew and when they knew it. These officials spoke to me not
because of animosity toward the Israeli government, but be-
cause they realized the hypocrisy of the American policy of
publicly pretending that Israel's nuclear arsenal does not exist.
That policy remains in effect as this is written.

Ironically Samson died using the original biblical Samson Option. Israel will cease to exist soon after it ever decides to use nuclear weapons. Hope not and they can just give the land back they took. 1947 borders look fair. They won't even go to the 1967 lines.

Since before the 1500s until now the Jews have never been a majority.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographic_history_of_Palestine_(region)

Why should a minority own and control most of the land? Why can't they just become one country? A true democracy? Because they would get outvoted so they keep power by gun and bomb? All the while using US funds.

Even the Turks admitted that the guys shot in the head were done so during a brawl, and not in executions. I've read the official UN report from both sides. You're not going to BS me Yamato. If you have proof, post it.

I did read that the commandos had a lot of paintball guns, and flash bang grenades, but I suspect that neither would be as useful as a pistol in a fistfight brawl.

The paranoia seems to be coming from you. :P

There is two sides of the coin, but apparently you only want one, and can't have it, so you pout.

What land do they have?

You're basically telling me that the USA is so powerful that despite almost the entire rest of the World wanting to, they can't get Palestine made into a nation? Thanks for the complement.

The green in the map above.   About half the West Bank and the Gaza.

I'm glad you've now read something about the event.   I didn't say executions, I said murders.  It doesn't even deserve to be called executions, style or not.

The attack on NATO members started before Israel landed commandos on the deck to even get to the melee.

It's just like it always is with Israel.  Israel attacks someone and it's someone's fault for defending themselves.

There's a connection here to the Middle East's (including Iran's) resentment of "the West" when you look at a map of who recognizes Palestine as a state and who doesn't.   Just like Americans should know that Israelis aren't all of one mind, Middle Easterners should know that not all Americans are either.

Putin has to join them to protect his country from nuclear fall out, if we or the Israelis damage one of their reactors.

I don't believe we will purposely try to damage one, but you might be correct on the Russians self preservation plans.  Hopefully if it does come down to a war with Iran, maybe we can even use Russia to convince them to stop before SHTF.  Or we just roll in and destabilize another country in the region and possibly start WW3, either way we will never get a vote on the decision, we will just continue to live or die in a nuclear blast based on our big governments decisions.

You are incorrectly assuming that this President won't need a war to justify his idiocy, and to be taken seriously. He is already drawing up plans to put boots on the ground in Syria. Do you really think he will stop there?

Our little Napoleon won't stop there, because he will need an endless series of new wars to make himself feel like a true commander in chief.

It's a trap, of course, but you can't explain that to a madman, bent on self glory.

Radical Islam will never be defeated by military anything, because it's an idea. They are a piece of the sun, offered as bait. Only a fool would enter the Gates of Hell, with a mortal body, and without an escort from Heaven.

Maybe this is part of the deal he (might) have made with the Russians before the election. If he wins they allow him to wipe out Iran and in return we split the resources from Iran and (we would also take over Iraq) Iraq. This seems like a win for both countries and a way to make Saudi oil irrelevant.  Just a thought.

I'm often a day late and a dollar short.

Regarding the USS Liberty- It was an intel ship that was gathering information. Israel didn't like being eavesdropped, and sent aircraft to sink the Liberty...Israel is no angel.

But, they are just trying to survive in the face of aggression. They deserve the nuke. They are not threatening anyone, unlike Iran etc...If i had to choose my neighbors- would rather have sensible Jews than radical islam.

Saturday Night Live is about as funny as a crutch. The skits are often painful to watch.

Yet every Saturday, they line up and launch from the trenches. Admirable, but defines the definition of insanity...They do the same thing over and over, expecting laughter that never comes.

Here is a funny lefty- Sarah (Hairy) Silverman -thinks utility street markings are not really what they are.

Edited- Adults can go see how sarah reacted on twitter...pretty sure the link would have been censored. Because bad words. But it shows a lot how left can be triggered by nothing more than a utility mark on the pavement.

I'd agree, SNL isn't funny anymore. It needs to be canceled, and replaced with something more people will watch, like a video of grass growing, or paint drying.

I used to watch it with the original cast...Laraine Newman, John Belushi, Jane Curtin, Gilda Radner, Dan Aykroyd and Chevy Chase. The skits have always been hit or miss. Finally, it got to the point it was more misses than hits.

I agreed with you up until a few months ago. Trump and his idiosyncrasies has revitalized that show  and Mccarthy doing Spicer is an instant classic
