You mean mass murderers who acted in US and publicly announced it or shared the intention through internet? 

Like for Columbine or Virgina Tech

They weren't quite Muslim. 

 

Actually, looking at mass shootings in US, it looks like only in a few cases they are perpetrated by Muslims and none of them apparently advertised it beforehand on Internet.

While expanded checking of social media is needed its not entirely true that it wasnt part of the vetting process. It was but only if there were other flags that popped up first.
