including Belgium... headquarters of the EU..... oh dear :)

I love the spin they'll put on the whole night.

The pro-EU will describe it as - everything is okay, we hit the iceberg, were still afloat and the band is still playing.

really bigging up the Green Parties... now we see how the Climate Change malarkey is playing
out and how the young people are being guided towards that - just the other day the local school
up the road had (very) young pupils march into the playground to protest about climate change..

I hope there is a teacher who shows them the reality,  take their phones, tablets and computers off them,  mummy and daddy's car too, they'll have to walk to school. and no more foreign holidays, oh, and there all be in bed early as the lights in the house go off.

weaponising kids terrible. adding more worry to their little minds. irony is next the teachers will be moaning about the pressure of exams.

Poll of polls: Europe's centre-right and centre-left could lose 92 seats - polls

Europe’s largest centre-right and centre-left blocs are set to lose 92 seats, according to an aggregate of polling data.

Officials have just released the first snapshot of what the next European parliament will look like, based on exit polls.

Results are not due to until 22.15 BST.

On this projection:

  • The European People’s party remains the largest in the parliament, but loses 48 seats.
  • The Socialists & Democrats remain the second-largest force, but are reduced to 147 seats.
  • The Liberals will be the third-largest group winning 102 seats (up from 67 seats)
  • Greens are on course for 71 seats, big gains on the 50 seats they won in 2014.
  • The Conservative Eurosceptic group set up by David Cameron loses seats and Nigel Farage’s group makes limited gains.
  • The far-right Europe of Nations and Freedom group gains 11 seats, but not the breakthrough many had forecast.

Le Penn campaigns on the following policies:

1. Cutting immigration to 10,000 per year and banning relatives of immigrants getting automatic entry.

2. Deportation of all illegal immigrants and deportation of foreign criminals.

3. Job and housing prioritisation to French nationals.

4. Banning dual citizenship for non Europeans.

5. A referendum on the death penalty.

6. The doubling of the police force and the creation of 40,000 more prison cells.

7. Stopping the erosion of French language and culture by Anglo-American language and culture.

8. LEAVE THE EU.

In the UK a party offering those policies would get subjected to a living hell with the media and rival politicians lining up to perform extensive character assassination of all its candidates. Seems the French are even more to the right that the Brits.

Love it :P

Not sure who said it, but this is essentially the second referendum.

If this doesn't send a clear message then it's time to march on Westminster.
