I see that labour now want 16-17 years old and foreign nationals to have a vote in a General Election.

They'll be letting them buy alcohol and smoke next, Labour are really desperate, no other EU country allows foreign nationals a vote.

Ten Tory MPs have whip restored

"The 10 being reinstated are: Alistair Burt, Caroline Nokes, Greg Clark, Sir Nicholas Soames, Ed Vaizey, Margot James, Richard Benyon, Stephen Hammond, Steve Brine, and Richard Harrington.

It means they are free to stand as Conservatives in their constituencies if new candidates have not since been chosen. Some of the 10, including Sir Nicholas and Mr Burt, have previously said they would be retiring.

However, former chancellors Ken Clarke and Philip Hammond and former justice secretary David Gauke have not been brought back into the fold."

More irony.

You need to look that word up.

Hint: it doesn't mean 'like bronzy or goldy but made of iron".

new in.... including comments about the potential Brexit Party / Tory election pact and tactical voting to
make sure we leave the EU and get rid of lots of Remain MPs...

let's see what Boris is really made of re. getting Brexit done...
he has accused Remain MPs of holding the country to ransom... and we don't want Leave supporters held
to ransom when it comes to voting in a GE... ie the Consevative Party ignoring the Brexit Party and risking
a split vote...

the next GE is ALL about Brexit... in fact it's like a 2nd referendum... I hope the Leave team in the H of Commons
REALLY understand that... and act accordingly..

I think he has said if Labour were to lose another GE then he would stand down? So it will be his own choice.

Oh no, no, we dont want him to quit if he loses.

Hopefully he will stay forever lol.

We are talking worse than Jacob Rees Mogg funny. He is not just anti-EU but anti-everything lol.

I will 100% be voting for him.

Boris will want to fly solo with this election, but he could watch the polls and wait and see as the campaigning goes on.

It might still be possible to set up a pact in a few weeks time or the last few days before the vote?

If ken is going to stand down then a new MP would have to be found, you could vote for them?

It looks like it. I cannot see the vote numbers in parliament for an election changing now.

If the election doesn't go our way and a remainer Parliament is returned should we then hold a second referendum? with the option to Leave with no deal or Leave with the EU's Deal. this is how it works now isnt it. "get crowd funding" by the likes of George Soros, get someone to then front this in the courts, a Leaver version of Gina Miller. if this fails we just ignore the general election. :D

Brexiteers you dont need telling what to do, in each of our constituencies we know what we have to do deliver a Leave Parliament.

Can we have a hung parliament? I'd go out, even if it was raining, to vote for that

Dec 12th it is then. Boris finally wins a vote.
Parliament will close at the end of play on the 5th November (how appropriate) and will reconvene with a new parliament on Friday 13th December (unlucky for some).

Brexit party launching a App for where and how best to vote so no splitting the vote.

That puts us right back where we are now.

We need a majority Parliament.

Outside my window this morning.

Looks like somebody does not like the Benn surrender Act.  They also had trouble spelling it.  Must have been a drunk politician last night.  ^_^

worse - I think they actually were thinking of the Boris Deal! After all its the Boris Deal that has implications for NI.

I don't think they can though... because he was voted in by Party Members in the constituencies
and can only be removed by them... by losing the leadership to another candidate...  (think that's right)...

Think your right - and I think his cult could keep him in place until he decides otherwise.
